Hi the staff is very irresponsible after sale they don't take any responsibility and when the sale doesn't explain shipping policy and and return policy I have received my dining table after 2.30 month and pay two time delivery charges I am not recommending to any person

Would give 0 star if it is possible, this company tricks you into giving a 5 star review when purchasing the sofa, fair enough when purchasing the sofa the service is great, once order placed that is all out of the window, placed order on 23rd may, 5-7 delivery timescale, going into the 12-13th week now and have still not had a sofa or even an attempted delivery, most shocking and worst customer service I have ever had an just customer journey in general, this is the last company you Shiuld be making any purchase from, apparently there has been a missing part to my order for the last 7 weeks which they can’t find whether it’s in their warehouse or the delivery company’s, 7 weeks jn which the part could have just been replaced, they don’t respond to emails, refunds at this company are not an option, once order placed no help whatsoever, please take your money elsewhere, these in my long life are the biggest crooks I have ever come accross.

-keeps 100% of money if cancelled.
-Not part of any Ombudsman.
- deletes bad reviews
Legally questionable experience with NCF Living Warrington involving incomplete service, conflicting fee policies, and withheld funds. After paying an £89 delivery fee, the drivers left one item in the garden, never unloaded the second item from the van, and drove off. I had to call customer service to retrieve item as i couldnt get it myself. I was then told I would have to pay again for another delivery attempt with the same company. When I went to the store to cancel this order, in-store staff falsely claimed cancellation would incur a 50% charge. After nearly 20 attempts to reach customer service, I was told the standard cancellation fee is actually 25% directly contradicting store staff yet NCF Living has retained 100% of my money, breaching their own contractual terms. Buyers should be aware of these severe delivery issues, conflicting staff statements, and the fact that NCF Living is not registered with the Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman, and I have seen them delete bad reviews on google to hide rating.

My husband and I had a great experience at NCF Living with Humaira in the Merry Hill Store. No pressure, loads of support and information. Best payment option for our personal circumstances was discussed well. Had a great experience and would definitely return if we need something else. Got the bed and mattress we really wanted.

Just bought a corner sofa suite today in the Edinburgh store and Morna was most helpful in choosing the correct material for the suite.

Noel in Rugby store helped me in explaining all the products in very detailed manner. Thanks a lot.

Jason at Chester was very friendly and knowledgeable about the range of sofas available. He wasn’t in any way pushy, there when we needed him but I didn’t feel like he was pressurising us into a sale. All in all a great experience and I can’t wait to get our new sofa!
