Went to other leading high st furniture…
Went to other leading high st furniture stores looking for a sofa and some inspiration. MCF in Bristol we went in and Mark came over to us no rushed/ forced hard sell just chat and introduced us to the store as never heard of them. Mark is very knowledgeable and has a relaxed approach. We went in looking for a sofa and left with a new bed. Will be back for sofas soon. Great experience so thank you Mark

Great Customer Service
Went and purchased a sofa today at the stockton store, Shaun took care of us for our visit and was great and very informative. We went with 15 minutes till closing and he couldn't be more helpful if he tried, he let us take our time and did not rush us at all. Will definitely recommend.

Professional service from the delivery men
I recently purchased 2 beds and a kitchen table. The delivery took a little while but well worth the wait. The delivery men were excellent having to assemble the beds in a 3 story house on a sweltering hot day. They were very professional and took every single piece of rubbish. Really pleased with the products too and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again

I will tell you what went wrong the way myself an d husband been treated I purchased a dinning table and chairs from your store on the 17th July delivered on 27th damaged taken back the same day asked for a refund told there was a cancellation fee I had paid 500 pounds plus 99 pounds for delivery still without the set ringing the customer service having the phone cutting me off have got in touch with trading standards has we are pensioners that is discussing which way we have treated
