I did gave them 4/5 star while I was in the building because i was pressured by the sale assistant Brian, who happened to be the originator of this whole problem. He never showed or allowed me to go through their T&C until after payment and unfortunately, I can't go through the whole book at the store. He never mentioned anything about return policy or access of there is but he intentionally ignored it. So on the delivery day, the 3 in one could not enter the living room and I was told by the customer service that its on me, that i have to pay for re delivery and selection (£199). We argued about this almost 1hr and I ventually had to pay as there is no other way out. I paid and made another reselection and they told me that it will be delivered within 10 working days. Five days later, the emailed to say oh, unfortunately, the one I selected is no longer in stock, that i should come back and make another reselection. I tried to explain to them how inconvenience its to me to be doing that that I want I refund. They refuse and start quoting their T&C, that i will lose about 25 to 50% of my money. I had no option than to re select again for the 3rd time. Its been 2 weeks I made this last re selection and I have even heard from them till date. I have emailed them multiple times all to no avail. Its very disappointing and embarrassing how they act once you make payment. I honestly don't recommend and if you must use, after them for their return policy before making payment because they are just after your payment and once done, story will start flying out.

Went to the Warrington store today as we wanted a new mattress for our bed, we had a great experience and managed to purchase exactly what we wanted. Tom was extremely informative and helpful and explained which mattresses to try after listening to our needs. The transaction in store was very easy and we were highly impressed! Thanks Tom

Came into the Chester branch today and Jason was at hand to help. me and my partner came in and felt no pressure to buy , but Jason was on hand with any questions we had , really happy with our purchase

I had a really positive experience at NCF Furniture in Highgate, thanks to Usman. He was extremely polite, helpful and professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly and provide all the information we needed.

We were looking for sofa beds, but unfortunately I was in a hurry and couldn’t make a purchase on the day. However, Usman was so helpful and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I was genuinely impressed by his customer service and will definitely be going back soon to purchase our sofa bed.
