Lack of Care
Bought 5 panels, every one was damaged. 4 had dents on the back which wasn't so bad, but one had to be replaced - and even the had dents in the back - no care taken with goods that people are paying good money for. Should not have to accept any damage at all really - not great.

Refused to deliver
Spent a lot of time searching the net for a company to deliver UPVC fascia, many will not deliver to highlands. This said they would, placed the order, 2 days later I got a call to say they would only deliver as far as Inverness (over 100miles south of where I am) very disappointed

No notice of delivery even though i'd emailed asking for a delivery date, items were left outiside the front of house when no one home, very lucky they were not stolen, driver could of just as easily put them behind our locked side gates.

A few issues with order
No advice received when delivery was dispatched.
Driver said he would have left delivery on drive if nobody home.
Order incomplete - had to return to depot to collect so not due to stock shortage.
Customer service did ring back to apologise.
Website needs updating re deliveries.
