We would have picked up from a local branch if we had known delivery would take so long.

The delivery was originally booked for a few days after you placed your order and we did email you to let you know. No one was there and he had to return with the goods. I then called and emailed to let you know and we organised a new delivery for you on the 22nd.

Renovating my bathroom I used a number of well known companies for different items. From National Plastics I ordered probably the most fragile of items wanted i.e. showerboards, edging and connection strips. Out of all the suppliers I used, National Plastics was the only company that delivered my complete order in perfect condition and on time. The quality of the boards are excellent.
I would highly recommend National Plastics.

Top quality service and products!
Unfortunately I was originally given the wrong delivery date via email and waited in all day. However, when I emailed to ask for an update I recieved a reply almost immediately. The lady I spoke to contacted the delivery driver direct and was able to give me a rough time slot for the next day which was spot on!
The delivery driver was very polite and respectful, he delivered everything with great care and asked where I wanted them placed.
The plastics sheets themselves are top quality! My husband fitted them in the en suite and he said that they were great to work with and he was very impressed! Overall a fantastic experience dealing with National Plastics and would definitely use again!

Products turn up safe and sound.
Dispatch times are pretty slow and communication isn't the best. They have good delivery drivers though. I'd be confident ordering again as I know the stuff will turn up safe and sound. You just playing a lottery with dispatch times.

Good afternoon, I can see you placed your order last week. It takes a few days to go through the warehouse to be picked and packed and then delivery is quoted as 3 to 5 days. I am unsure of the email you referring to, I am sorry. However, I can see that your order has been delivered.

Delivery split over 3 days, goods arrived some minor damage apparent prior to packing (ends were heavily protected in bubble wrap) but was able to conceal chipped end with the corner capping.

I placed a relatively large order with National Plastics for fascia boards and fixings. While the material quality was fine, the order arrived missing all the screws and many of the essential joining pieces—items that should have been included and were critical to completing the project. When I contacted the company, they simply told me the order was placed too long ago to do anything about it. Clearly, everything is fine until something goes wrong—then you’re on your own. Disappointing experience and poor after-sales support.

Good morning, You received your order over 7 months ago. We always ask people to check their deliveries with 48 hours. People do sometimes come back after this within a few weeks and we do try to help everyone. The refund you asked for regarding pins, I can not see pins on the order. 7 months is a little long. I am sorry.

On delivery of the packs of bathroom…
On delivery of the packs of bathroom panelling 2 of them were damaged but we managed to use two of them.
On contacting the company and asking for a partial refund for the two damaged panels we were basically told no !

I am sorry you are unhappy. I had explained that we ask customers to check their delivery and if there is any damage to let us know and we will replace straight away. However, you used half of the boards in the pack and then asked for a partial refund. I explained that once you have used them we couldn't help. I had also said that we were going to try and help moving forward but I my Manager who is off today was going to look into it. The last comment I got was "That’s brilliant ". We do try to help where we can.
