MP Moran is great, stuff is friendly. Sadly at the time of my purchase they were using Yodel which is probably the worst delivery company in the world. That's the only reason for 1-star deduction.... Se mer

I've been using the Willesden branch over the last 7 months to renovate my flat and I have found the staff at Moran so helpful and patient. I'm female, not a builder and could have felt overwhelmed but the staff at the till and in the warehouse have been kind and professional. Yesterday Kamar was particularly helpful.
Wrong product both in quantity and…
Improper product both in quantity and material delivered. in contact with Customer Services 17 days ago, to arrange for material as ordered to be delivered. The fulfilling branch at Watford refused to accept the mistake although 15 bags of cement/postcrete as delivered is nothing like the 9 bags of limestone chippings (6mm) as ordered. Reimbursement and collection offered by Customer Services and accepted as of 12 days ago BUT still nothing. The transaction is now in dispute via the Payment Card
Took payment for my order
Took payment for my order, then canceled it claiming the item's were no longer in stock. The website showed all items in stock when I placed the order including delivery charges. Never had the decency to phone just sent me a email cancelling.

Great prices, fast delivery, friendly customer service and excellent communication. Highly recommended

Placed order online, few hours later received an email saying that order was cancelled, because they don't have that item anymore, meanwhile now - few days later - that item is still shown as being in stock. Also, still haven't received my refund, so had to request a chargeback from my bank.

Placed an order for boards to be cut for collection. Didn’t hear from them for over two weeks so went into store. Got told that the machine wasn’t working and have to wait until collection email comes through. No email to say that machine was broken or anything. Disappointed

Took payment but no delivery!
I ordered an item in stock on 1st May, order number #000099875, and have emailed 3 times and called across multiple days with no response. It is now coming up to 4 weeks without any contact and I am concerned that MP Moran are a scam. I would not recommend as they have taken my order but not delivered my purchase
What. A. Joke.
Third time, still no charm. Third time the wrong radiator has been delivered. It is a joke to get the item you have ordered and paid for and a huge waste of time to try and get it corrected when the issue is simply repeated. Shop somewhere else. Anywhere else. MP Moran Watford has wasted too much of our time and money. And we still do not have a functioning radiator!
I’m really disappointed
I’m really disappointed. You should change the slogan and stop saying “next day delivery”. I made my purchase 6 days ago and still haven’t received it. I also requested morning delivery, and I’ve just been informed that it will now be delivered in the afternoon instead.
Organisation and credibility are very important, and unfortunately my experience with MP Moran has not been a good one.
Burst paint in transit
Lacking customer service. Ordered some paint. It burst in transit. Made a total mess when I opened it. Emailed. Said they'd said out another even though I asked for a refund.
Had no news, chased, received a refund with no further communication.
Fell to me to dispose of a 10l tub of burst paint though.

I ordered a specific drainage part that I needed +paid extra for delivery before 5pm the next day as I needed it urgently
2 days later it had not arrived so I contacted them about it i did not even receive an acknowledgement or apology they just refunded my payment with no explanation at all

Very unpleasant experience , the staff is not helping , very bad attitude when you ask for help, went to the shop at 17:10 I've waited on a queue for 30 min to be told with, with a bad attitude, that I can't be served. A shop to avoid for sure.

I would like to just say the Willesden branch is my favourite branch Alex in the warehouse. It was his first day and still knew where everything was helped me a lot also. Terry Sullivan that served me showed me where everything was that I needed and was really helpful. Well done. You’ve definitely got it right at this branch.

Placed a large order with this company and it was the worst mistake i’ve ever made. Received my order and was given display items that was bashed and broken and hardly worked. After speaking to the team i was promised a brand new item but had to return the broken item first. After using my own money to package and print out the delivery to send back for their mistake i was told full communication would be given on my order as this has been on going for 2 weeks. After another 5 days had passed still no communications so i had to take it into my own hands and call the company myself to find that there was no more stock left and now have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. This company is an absolute joke have left me in the dark for almost 3 weeks and no compensation or efforts were given. Absolute terrible company would never have my business again and would advise anyone to never shop with them.
