In May 2026, I posted a review detailing what I believe to be the extremely poor care and treatment I received from Moorgate Andrology. Unfortunately, nothing has happened since that changes my opinion.

In October 2023, I underwent a penile length and girth enhancement procedure with Moorgate. In my experience, the outcome was catastrophic. The results were so poor that I ultimately had the fat transfer removed, yet I continue to suffer ongoing complications that have had a profound impact on both my physical and mental health. Moorgate is fully aware of these complications and has received photographs and medical information documenting them.

I urge anyone considering treatment with this company to read my experience carefully. The consequences have been devastating. At my lowest point, the impact on my life brought me to the brink of suicide. Despite knowing the seriousness of my situation, I do not believe Moorgate has shown genuine compassion or accepted meaningful responsibility for the problems I have experienced.

I expect Moorgate will respond to this review, and there may well be other reviews that reflect different experiences. I can only speak honestly about my own.

In response to my previous review, Moorgate stated that no doctor had “washed their hands” of me. However, I have written evidence in the form of an email from the company’s director, Melissa Setterfield, stating that Moorgate is unwilling to do anything further for me. In my view, that statement is fundamentally at odds with their public response.

When I was admitted to hospital with an abscess requiring surgery, Moorgate repeatedly contacted both me and the NHS consultant who was due to operate, asking to speak with him. My consultant told me he found this unusual. After assessing my condition, he informed me that, in his professional opinion, aspects of the treatment I had received were “borderline illegal.” He attempted to discuss the matter with Moorgate, but despite Moorgate having requested communication with him, Dr Fragkoulis was no longer available to speak with my consultant.

Following these events, I submitted a formal complaint. In my opinion, the complaints process lacked both transparency and independence. I felt my concerns were dismissed and responsibility placed entirely on me, rather than any meaningful consideration being given to whether the treatment itself had contributed to the complications I continue to suffer.

Moorgate has now informed me that they can do nothing further to help, despite the NHS advising that I will require additional surgery to address the problems. I asked Moorgate to refund the £8,000 I had paid so I could seek corrective treatment elsewhere, but this request was refused. Instead, I am now facing a lengthy NHS waiting list for surgery to correct problems that, in my view, resulted from the treatment I received.

Please consider my experience carefully before deciding whether to proceed with treatment. In my opinion, the caring image presented by Moorgate bears little resemblance to the care I received once serious complications arose.

If sharing my experience helps even one person avoid the physical, emotional and financial consequences I have endured, then writing this review will have been worthwhile. It could save someone thousands of pounds and, more importantly, spare them significant physical and psychological suffering.

In 2023, I underwent surgery with Dr Nenad Djakovic through Moorgate Andrology to enhance length and girth. The cost of this surgery was £8,000. The outcome was catastrophic! I experienced severe complications, including extreme swelling of the foreskin and persistent daily pain that significantly impacted my quality of life.

As a result, I was forced to undergo a second procedure in 2025 to remove the fat, in the hope of correcting these issues. Unfortunately, this only made matters worse. I was left with a visibly deformed, sunken appearance and continued complications affecting my foreskin.

I was then advised to proceed with filler treatment to address these problems. This third procedure, carried out in 2026 by Dr Gerasimos Fragkoulis led to a serious infection, requiring emergency surgical intervention by the NHS. I have been informed I may need a further surgery to remove my foreskin, so my ordeal is far from over.

After three separate procedures, not one has been successful. Instead, I have been left in a profoundly distressing physical condition, alongside significant and ongoing mental and emotional trauma. Despite the severity of these outcomes, Moorgate Andrology has failed to take any meaningful responsibility.

The fact that multiple interventions have resulted in escalating complications speaks for itself. I am now pursuing this matter through legal channels and will also be engaging with the media and the GMC.

In the meantime, if sharing my experience prevents even one person from going through what I have endured, then this review has served its purpose. I urge anyone considering treatment with this company to think very carefully before proceeding. They will take your money and wash their hands of you.
