Above and Beyond Experience

I stopped in today because I had a leaky tire. They told me they could patch it and quoted me a price. I asked if they could check for a possible coolant leak as well. Brandon and Austin went above and beyond! They identified the source of the leak. Not satisfied, they also rented a piece of equipment to ensure that was the only leak! Then they were unable to locate the part I needed, - a specific Volkswagen hose - so they had an auto parts place fashion a hose for me out of their spare parts! They even cut me a great break on the price!! If you haven’t been to this Tire Kingdom location in awhile, GO BACK! Brandon, Austin, and all of their other employees will go out of their way for you too!! They’ve definitely won me over. Thanks so much for everything!
