Terrible business practices.
Brought a car in to a new Mavis location for a front end alignment after replacing front control arms and struts. I was called and told that the tie rods and tie rod ends were “seized” and needed replacement at a cost of $438. I picked up the car without authorization to perform repairs and found that nothing was seized and no attempt was made to even loosen the outer tie rod end lock nuts. After finding this for myself I took the vehicle to a different shop who performed the alignment with zero issues. Absolutely corrupt business practice of trying to upsell parts and installation for unneeded service. They lost any protection business from me and everyone else in my family. Avoid at all cost.

I appreciate John so much. He fixed my brakes & in a timely manner. He was patient with me when I had questions & gave me a sense of security. Most mechanics try to give you the runaround but he was straightforward & had a sweet attitude. Josh, at the front desk, was a huge help as well. Thanks guys! I WILL return if my car needs any special attention.
