Overall a mediocre experience.
Upon arriving at the unit I scanned the QR code to book a locker and it took me to the website. I entered the dates and time I wanted the storage for and kept getting an error saying the dates had to be different. It took at least 7 attempts for my booking for 2 hours to process to next step.
I selected my locker and pressed complete and this worked without any issue.
I then tried to check out as a guest but was met with a total blank page and thus meant i had to waste even more time signing for an account. Eventually though I got the section to select payment details. It automatically used link payment which i did not want to use but due to for what ever reason, it would not let me change it so I had to use it. After many attempts, payment went through and a code for entry was issued.
Because I had selected entry from the present time, I tried the code on the door and lo and behold it would not open. It took a further 15 minutes to actually get inside the building.
Once inside the process of putting the items in the lockers was nice and easy and I had no issues retrieving them after. It would be better if there was an option to request a lower locker as mine was a top one and my bag was very heavy and I did struggle to lift it.
Overall I would use again if there was no alternative available but I would prebook well in advance to hopefully prevent any issues.

I needn’t have been concerned as the process was so straightforward and everything was explained step by step on my phone.
We felt our luggage was safe and secure and dropping and collecting it again was easy and efficient. I will definitely be using lock&enjoy again. The price was competitive too.
