Ease of setting up a regular mower. Able to communicate and reschedule with the mower easily through app as well as look for other lawn related services.

Michael has given me peace of mind knowing that mow and trim details will be taken care of. As a retired man, I had been push mowing and trimming over the course of 2 days. I was hesitant to turn over those duties, but Michael does a better job then I could do.

Very friendly and professional. Listened to my needs and wants. Special things were recommended, and I was made aware of biting bugs that had basically infested my bushes. I would recommend this service to anyone.

The job was not completed in entirety. There were several areas of the lawn left untouched. The edges were not trimmed. We signed up for a 1x/month but he came a second time 1 week after the first appointment. The second time he trimmed (I dont know what he trimmed since it was already trimmed) he did not use the blower to blow the lawn debris onto the grass but left it all over the concrete essentially leaving a mess. There are different parts of the lawn that seem like he left a pile of dirt.

They came first thing in the morning which was great because we didn’t have to sit around waiting for them. They were quick and efficient, got our rough lawn looking brand new in about 20 minutes.

Reggie showed up when he was due. I was surprised that he had a trailer with 2 pieces of lawn cutting equipment. He parked in a perfect spot on our street. He surveyed the yard before cutting then just went on about cutting doing a great job. This was a very professional cut.

Jorge was excellent! He has been cutting my grass since I bought my house and I’m impressed with his work. My grass has never been healthier. He works fast and I am a very satisfied customer. If I ever assistance lawn starter is very prompt on responding. I will refer them to my friends and family for sure

In the beginning, I didn't know exactly how things worked and they gave me a 2-day window for my service. But, the crew did not come either day. It was only after I logged on to my "account", that I saw where the service date(s) had been changed to 2 days later. I don't use apps on my phone, so it would have helped for me to get a text about the fact that my service date(s) was postponed or changed. I needed to open gates on the day of service, so it was important to know the exact day the mowing would occur. That being said, the fellow who finally came (only 1) did communicate well (spoke good English) and seemed to understand what I wanted/needed/expected. He was considerate and congenial and did an excellent job! I was impressed. I think the idea of Lawn Starter is a good one. The price seemed very fair and I like the fact that a new customer only has to commit to 3 services, before deciding on a longer term of service.

I have a COPY of the text I sent last time telling them NOT be t op b cut grass. They sent me a text today telling me they were coming. I again told them NO! Guess what? I blocked them and they WONT get paid!

Melvin did the job very proficiently and professional. Nice and clean yard looks great. I would prefer to have Melvin all the time.
