This app connected me quickly with lawn work companies and saved me a lot of phone calls and scheduling.

It really helped me since I am in Canada and the yard work needed is in Florida.

Thomas always arrives early and does a good lawn care with his helper. He is very reliable and dependable. This is my third service with this Company and so far Iam very pleased. I advertised the Service in my Neighbor News and Iam told there were several reads.

I highly recommend this lawn service! They take care of both my front and back yard every 2–4 weeks, and they consistently do an amazing job. My lawn always looks clean, neat, and beautifully maintained when they’re finished.

One of the things I appreciate most is their communication. They’re reliable, responsive, and always keep me informed, which makes everything so easy. They also do a fantastic job cleaning up afterward—everything is left looking polished and well cared for.

It’s such a relief knowing I have a dependable company taking care of my lawn. Great service, great communication, and consistently great results. I couldn’t be happier and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable lawn care!

Don't trust them! First of all this is not a lawn service, this is a service that will "find" someone to come to your house. I scheduled 2 different yards and was told they would be there one day with the next day as a back up. They sent me a message stating that my "pro" would be there on the 2nd day. They came to the first house and did a horrible job, my lawn has never looked so bad, but never showed up at the second house. I did receive notice that it was cancelled with no reason. I called the company and was told I could reactivate but that it would now be a week before someone could come. By the time they get to the yard the grass will be severely over grown and will be charged more. I will be looking for someone else to cut, but unfortunately they have a 3 cut minimum so I am stuck paying for service I no longer wish to have. When you call they can only give excuses and say I'm sorry which doesn't fix the problem.

Luis does an outstanding job taking care of my property. He’s not only reliable and meticulous when it comes to mowing and maintaining my lawn, but he has also done a fantastic job dealing with overgrown and troublesome trees around the property.

His attention to detail really stands out. He takes the time to make sure everything is done properly, leaves the property looking clean and well cared for, and is always professional and dependable. You can tell he takes pride in the quality of his work.

I would highly recommend Luis for lawn care, tree work, or just about any outdoor project. He’s hardworking, thorough, and someone I trust to do the job right.

I scheduled a service then the guy scheduled with me canceled said that he would be out the next day. He came out while i was at work I saw him through the ADT camera he walked around my yard then he set in his car for five minuets then left. I tried to contact him through the app and he must have blocked me because none of my message were going through. but i was able to talk to other people. the first cut was suppose to be 19 dollars and I guess he did not want to cut my yard for that price

Guillermo is great at taking care of my lawn. It’s not easy to mow with a couple of different kinds of grass and a very thick section. He communicates well in between mowing. I’m grateful for him and his service.

I am pleased with the service provided by Lawn Starter. My servicer, DeAndre, does a great job.
Not complaining:
He has blown clippings into my flowerbed and blown the clippings into the ridges made after edging.
I am looking forward to LS continuously servicing my property.

Yes lawn starter give them 3 chances they sent me want to be pros very unprofessional kept pushing my lawn service back and it’s crazy am in a all black neighborhood and look at how they treat me on this but hopefully they get me a pro before my grass is to long and I will pay them and am looking for a good company thanks

My house is on a corner lot & the lawn was uneven with long grass, short grass, & lots of trimmings scattered throughout the front. What an eyesore...until LawnStarter worked their magic, & my yard now looks even & clean, meticulous & professional! Highly recommend this service! (Thank you Guadalupe!)

LawnStarter assigned a contractor who trespassed onto my neighbor's yard during a booked service, destroying landscape lighting and plant beds, while leaving my own yard incomplete.

When I submitted photo evidence and requested a claim under LawnStarter’s advertised "$2 Million Property Protection Pledge," support denied coverage. They claimed damage isn't covered if the contractor steps across a property line, and they actively refused to provide their corporate liability insurance info so a claim could be filed.

LawnStarter uses false guarantees to book jobs, then dodges responsibility when their providers cause damage. Avoid this service.

Since Russell has started he has gone above and beyond to make sure our yard looks great and that we’re happy! That is his #1 goal is customer satisfaction! He always has a great positive attitude and come with one thing in mind “making sure we’re happy before he leaves! Thanks for all your hard work!
