Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I expected a pro to show up. The program finds your home after providing your address, and an aerial view of the home with dimensions of the yard is given. A quote is then given from that. I have a huge yard of over half an acre. A man with a single push lawnmower came and did the front yard only. There's no way to cut the backyard without a riding mower. Moreover, the clippings were left all over the driveway and sidewalk. He did not have a blower. The quality of the work completed was poor. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with 2 more cuts before I can cancel. You're better off getting a recommendation from someone you know.

LawnStarter is not a reliable company…
LawnStarter is not a reliable company at all.
This is my third experience with them, and it's been consistently disappointing. They set up appointment dates, only to cancel them two or three times before actually sending someone out. Their scheduling is completely unreliable.
At one point, they sent two men who appeared to be intoxicated—they did absolutely no work and just sat in their car pretending. Thankfully, I have a Ring camera and was able to send video proof. Only then did they send someone else, but even he did a poor job.
What’s worse is they prompted me to send out referral links right after signing up, which I did without realizing how untrustworthy their service was. Now, I regret recommending them to anyone.

They mowed the lawn but did not touch the blackberry bushes or the over grown grass. 270 dollars to mow half a lawn is unacceptable
