Excellent customer support!
I'm pleased with the speed of their reaction and action! Within few hours the problem is solved and my baking pan replacement approved free of charge! I'm generally very happy with the quality my ScanPan dishes and I highly recommend it!

Broken pot lid of favourite casserole couldn’t be replaced. Able to purchase new casserole for the same price as a pot lid, had one been available.
