I was a little nervous about the unknown, but once we arrived, Cathy walked me through every step of using the machine and explained what to expect. Everything was explained so clearly, which put me at ease and made me feel confident about using the machine.

Mary and Giovana are very knowledgeable ladies whose mission is to make sure that everything fits and functions as it should. The quality of the product speaks for itself, so there is no need to pressure a sale. After the first couple of days of use they both followed up with me and offered tips as well as ongoing support. Great experience and highly recommend this business.

I walked in last Thursday and came home today (following Tuesday) with everything I need to start tonight. Information I was given was very comprehensive and easy to understand. Alecia is kind and patient. A most excellent experience.
