It is important to note this: book directly with THEM or be aware that no car anywhere in the world is 10 dollars a day😊. I booked with capital one and it was just a hold and not the full price, which was completely different due to mandatory insurance. Once you know this, the process is super simple for both pick up and return. Service was wonderful with bilingual staff, and the SUV was clean, good on gas, and just great to have! I will definitely book through them again.

El servicio de NU carental fue excelente, el personal muy eficiente, desde la llegada al aeropuerto rápidamente llegaron a buscarnos. El proceso fue rápido, el vehículo perfecto para nuestra necesidades. Igual al momento de regresar el coche el tiempo de inspección fue rápido. Muy complacida y muy atentos. Y muy pendientes por vía texto que todo hubiera estado en orden. En especial guiándome para poder recibir beneficios después de la renta del carro. La atención fue excelente, tanto en el mostrador como en la entrega y recepción, me ofrecieron opciones acorde a mi presupuesto. Solamente comentaría que el carro se sentía muy usado, casi no sentí amortiguación. Lo demás todo bien.

La atencion y el servicio fueron muy buenos, te brindan servicio de translado desde el aeropuerto y viceversa.

La renta del carro al llegar fue bastante rapido, muy buen precio y sin tantas condiciones y elevados depositos, la atencion del personal fue excelente y al entregar el carro fue de la misma forma de forma agil y rapida, lo unico que no me gusto es que el carro por dentro no estaba muy limpio, pero en general quede muy satisfecho, lo recomiendo.

La atención previa vía telefónica y por WhatsApp buena excelente, amable y clara resolvió nuestras inquietudes y dudas de tal suerte que nos motivo para tomar el servicio y ya la atención en la barra de servicio al recoger el auto la calidez y actitud de servicio del colaborador Alex fue muy buena, brindo información clara oportuna y pertinente, adicionalmente hizo recomendaciones que nos resultaron muy útiles, durante nuestros desplazamientos en el auto. El auto en óptimas condiciones, de presentación, aseo, orden y maquinaria, ajustado a nuestras expectivas, todo muy bien excelente, su costo muy competitivo en su línea, modico, accesible.

Rented cars from them on two different occasions. I checked several other spots and they had the best price both times. They're super friendly, helpful, and available on WhatsApp for any issues or incidents. One thing to know: they don't fill the gas tank, you simply return it at the same level you got it. There was a misunderstanding about water damage at one point, but after I raised it with them they withdrew the claim right away, so I'm happy with how they handled it

I am very satisfied with the service, both the pick up from the airport, to the car rental office was very good, the car was a different make than the one we rented, but it was fairly new and in very good condition.
It was my first rental in cancun with them and I will rent again, the company I used before had extremely long lines.
