HM3 Legal, in particular Frances Williams and Shannon Ashley went above and beyond to handle my parent's estate. I am overseas and they were able to use technology to keep the process moving forward and to save me having to make trips to their office. They communicated clearly via email, and addressed questions and concerns in a very timely way. They let me know when someone was out of the office and there was always a person to contact in their place if need be. When external processes took less time than anticipated they moved things forward as soon as possible rather than adhering to the planned schedule.

Due to a restructure, I was leaving my role and needed some legal advice. I was recommended to speak to HM3 Legal who would deal with my request professionally. I had long divorce proceedings which I found to be very complex and at times difficult to understand. Holly Thomas was great at explaining everything and giving her advice, she put everything into plain English for me to be able to understand. Holly was always available, always able to give me direct contact.
