Harvey Norman Ireland - Drogheda Omdömen 

Called into the Drogheda store as soon as it opened on Sunday 19th July. I was looking to but a phone as my previous phone stopped working over night. I was pleasantly greated by staff member Iyaaz who was eager to assist me and pick out a phone that would suit my needs. Iyaaz was extremely friendly and very professional and did not rush me with my decision making. When I got to the payment point I had difficulties in validating two virtual pre paid master cards which I wanted to pay the phone with. Aaron was extremely patient when I mistakenly paid for the phone with my Revolute app which he refunded me. Both Aaron and Iyaaz assisted me in accessing the virtual cards and making payment. Although it was busy and a queue was forming behind me, anther till was opened to assist other costumers while we figured out how to make the payment. It's small likes thing like this, patience and helpfulness that prevented a situation becoming stressful.
Deepak who works at the IT desk, transfered all my apps across so although I walked out with a brand new Samsung phone it was all set up to how my previous phone was.
All in all a stressful morning was averted thanks to the three wonderful staff members.

I'm still learning how to set up my robot vacuum, but I'm very happy with my purchase. It's been working great both vacuuming and mopping. I'd really like to have access to the camera, but otherwise everything works very well for me. The delivery was super fast and everything arrived very well packaged and protected.

In our last 3 visits to Harvey Norman, we have been lucky enough to be looked after by Monica in the home appliancessection. She is knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with.

I visited Drogheda store today to get a passport photo. I had to wait half an hour for a girl who is doing them. This girl made me a picture of half of my body. I specified that I am doing a picture for Polish passport before she even started. I was asked to pay when the picture was printed. I said to this girl that this is not passport picture. She made 4 more trials. One included picture of my face with half of my head not even visible. Clearly that person had no clue how to make a passport photo. Not recommended at all. I spent one hour in the shop and left with no picture I paid for. I was waiting another 5 minutes for manager to approve refund to my card as 2 employees weren't able to proceed it. It was frustrating and time consuming experience.

I used online service there was a issue with HUMM and Harvey Norman I went it Drogheda store the issue was solved quickly and efficiently by in store staff

I ordered on line and got an email within 2 hours to confirm it was ready for collection it was very easy and quick

I visited the Harvey Norman store in Drogheda on Sunday, June 14th, with my family to buy a coffee machine we had picked out beforehand. To save time, we went straight to the till, and we were incredibly lucky to be looked after by a gentleman named Owen.
​His customer service was absolutely perfect. After greeting us, he took the time to do some quick discovery to understand why we chose that specific model. When he learned I’m no barista and just wanted a fully automated machine, he genuinely reassured me that I was making the right choice.
​Then came the bad news: the machine was out of stock, with the last three units down in Limerick. But Owen’s "can-do" and positive attitude completely saved the day. Just two minutes later, I had happily paid over €800 and walked out of the store without the machine in hand—and I was genuinely smiling about it!
​Big shout out to Owen for turning a potential disappointment into a stellar shopping experience. Highly recommend!​

Needed to buy a mic for an iPhone young fella called kamill was so helpful in the drogheda store even showed me how to set up thank you very much

Online ordering was easy, there were issues with the web payment system, which meant using a different browser to resolve, other than that, it worked out well.

The sales person didn't seem interested and didn't add any value to my purchase. Having purchased the phone I then had to go online to get a phone cover with an additional €6 delivery charge.

Really happy with Harvey Norman. Great store with good prices and a fantastic selection of products. The ordering process was smooth, and the delivery was incredibly fast. Will definitely shop here again!

Poor after care . Informed I had to drive to nearest store to return faulty item. Travelled over 100km .

I bought 6 chairs, they were out of stock initially, but I was kept informed of their progress, and that was very helpful. When they were delivered all packaging was removed, ready to use straight away.
Quality seems excellent and they are very comfortable.
