Zero communication
Would leave zero stars if it were an option.
Avoid, no communication with anyone from the company, emails are unanswered, phone calls are pointless. Some numbers on their websites no longer work.
Two weeks from placing order and still no delivery, delays can happen but the lack of communication is unacceptable.
I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order. Too many people have pointed to the lack of communication for it to be a glitch. Won’t be using this company again.

The company did contact me but it's a bit late in the day. They would have known for days they couldnt deliver when promised.

I cancelled my online order within 12 hours of purchase and I have yet to receive any notification of cancellation or refund. This was over a week ago. Terrible customer service for online orders

Late delivery
Ordered on 4th July, expectation of 5-7 days. No sign of order on the 10th, rang and was assured that I would have it by end of day.
No sign of delivery by end 10th: delivery came Tuesday 14th. Not ideal for DIY planned for the the long weekend.

Haldane Fisher is my first choice for building materials etc. Online ordering and home delivery works well. On the odd occasion if something goes wrong they put it right.

Poor service
I am still not able to pick up product as I have just been informed Haldane and Fisher are having problems getting it from a warehouse in Newry to Coleraine. I have just been told it will take at least another week. 14 day to get an order processed is not satisfactory.
