Driver was professional, friendly and actually read my instructions! He followed all my instructions. From terrible past experiences, I decided to wait downstairs in the lobby/building entrance and was pleasantly surprised that he found parking in the street I mentioned. Just very grateful for a proper, safe delivery.

While the delivery person was excellent he was on his own. I live in a 3 story walk up and I had to assist in carrying the 6 very heavy boxes up the staircases. I am a 5”2’ 52 year old woman. That is completely unacceptable considering the amount that I paid for the couch and lack of service. I truly felt terrible for him (100% beyond his control I tipped him generously but I would NOT recommend this company anyone going forward.. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I was impressed by GoBolt's online tracker: it showed where the delivery truck was on the map, its path, how many stops, and approximately when it would arrive! Then the delivery man helpfully brought the boxes up to our unit, even though that usually costs extra for Cosey delivery 👏

Driver followed instructions, package arrived in perfect condition.

The two men called me from outside. To let me know they had arrived. They were very nice. They brought my package right inside. 10/10 delivery. They were right on time too.

Terrible, Unpredictable, and Lazy. Delivery tracking shows 5am-10pm, then 11 am to 1pm, then they turn up at 10am. I get a call saying they can't get in. My mum is in the lobby, unable to find them anywhere. I'm promised a second attempt next day if I agree to take the day off work and be present only to find out the next day, that it won't be out for delivery until the day after. I get no assurances from support (chat, as they don't provide phone contact). I get false assurances my instructions will be carefully followed...except they only work when I'm taking a day off work. Sadly, I don't see a resolution here. Their own website claims next day retry, but they don't. Their tracking is not reliable, nor is support. I've contacted the seller to expect the return and a suggestion to chose another logistics provider.

My order arrived earlier than expected and GoBolt delivered it within the time frame sent to me. The package was in pristine condition. Excellent service!
