Misleading about costs, then aggressively email and call you desperately trying to get you to pay for their services. I was just searching for government funded IT courses.
As soon as I checked this place out, I assumed I would just learn more though a quick, simple, professional email - instead I was immediately called and quickly pressured into accepting a consultation meeting and then constantly sent texts and emails.

If you want customers this is not the way to do it. You come off as desperate and scammy. It’s incredibly annoying.
I refuse to be pressure to pay thousands out of pocket for something I can easily get for free elsewhere.

Very disappointing experience. I felt I was given misleading expectations, communication was poor, and support was lacking when I needed it most. They pressurised me to enrol but Once I had signed up, it became difficult to get clear answers or resolve my concerns. I would advise others to do thorough research and carefully read all terms and contract before committing.

Happy to share my experience with Future connect training at Hounslow office. I have got good knowledge of accounting software, VAT return and payroll.the tutor is very supportive and helpful. They have many more courses, I will recommend everyone who wants to pursue career in accounting or finance filed.

Excellent Training support for students

My experience with Future connect as a student has been very helpful and motivating. The course content was easy to understand and focused on practical learning rather than only theory. The trainers explained concepts clearly and guided me whenever i needed help.

Having already completed a bachelor’s degree in accounting, I enrolled in this Bookkeeping and Payroll course mainly to gain practical experience with the software used in industry. It helped me bridge the gap between theory and practice, especially in payroll processing and digital bookkeeping. I now feel much more prepared for professional roles that require hands‑on system skills.

Great experience with the team at FC training. Just finished AAT level 3 with some practical experience. They have professional trainers who fully help you out at each step of the learning. Previously I have bought courses from other colleges that were not as delivered as advertised. But this firm certainly knows what they are doing. Highly recommended for anyone looking to gain accounting experience.

The training provided is very helpful and practical. Support is always there when needed, the trainers give clear explanation and clarification in areas of difficulties. Would recommend to anyone willing to learn new skills or enhance existing skills.

Thinks quant finance and finance are the same thing.
Simply wants me to book a call with some random guy, to tell me what my prospects are.

The digital accounting course was very comprehensive and the trainers are responsive and professional

Very difficult company to deal with. Every interaction felt forced, as if the agents didn’t want to be there—slow, disengaged communication on every call.

They clearly rush you into enrolling as quickly as possible, applying pressure without giving you proper time or clarity to understand what you’re signing up for. The focus feels entirely on getting you committed, not actually supporting you.

Once enrolled, the experience drops off completely. There is no clear training structure, no proper onboarding, and little to no explanation of what you’re supposed to be learning. You’re essentially left to figure things out on your own, which is frustrating and unprofessional.

Fellow advisors, Umar Ahmad (Training Manager) and Anshul Anshul were hands down the worst advisors I’ve ever come across during a training facilities programme.

I even followed up by emailing three different advisors with clear, reasonable questions about the course—covering points of contact, progress tracking, systems used, assessments, and feedback timelines—and received absolutely no response. This level of silence is unacceptable for any training provider.

On top of that, the constant follow-up calls from different personal numbers, even after requesting my details be removed, felt intrusive and crossed into harassment.

Overall, misleading, poorly managed, and exhausting to deal with. I would strongly advise others to avoid.
