Fast-Fit Tyres & Exhausts Omdömen 

My Audi just felt “wrong” when I was driving and was really affecting my driving confidence. The tread on my rear tyres meant I was going to need to replace them soon anyway but I was most concerned there may be an issue with the alignment.
On Monday I drove past Fast-Fit on my way home from a hospital appointment. I had never seen nor heard of them before but just popped in. Chatted to a nice guy named Brent on reception who gave me a quote for two new rear budget tyres (£120) plus explained that there was no charge to check the tracking, but if re-alignment was necessary it would be £45. I thought this all sounded quite reasonable. It was late in the day and although there is usually a sit and wait service Brent explained that another car that needed a lot of work had just come in so suggested I came back the next day.
Fast-Fit is not that near to me but I liked the place and the people and thought the quote was good so duly went back on the Tuesday. I couldn’t wait any longer as I am unwell and was getting increasingly anxious about the safety of my car which I totally depend on for getting to medical appointments and taking my dog out.
Brent booked me in and I waited in reception. As soon as I saw the other car come out of the tyre bay I drove mine in. Here I was greeted by Marty who was lovely and reassuring. However he said there would not be enough time for the tracking as there was already a car on the ramp and they were waiting for a part to arrive which was holding things up. I was upset. I had come a long way especially to get the tracking done whist really not well. Coming back again would be too much for me but I needed to feel safe driving. Then a young guy named Colne came out and further explained the situation and said how he would do everything he possibly could to get my car done today. It was clear Marty and Colne really wanted to help me and I have to say they pulled out all the stops to make sure both my new tyres were fitted and the re-alignment done. I was really impressed with their workmanship and especially customer care. My car felt so much safer on the way home. I am really grateful to them for making sure I left with everything completed. Thank you.

Had a faulty exhaust a few months ago and fast-fit got it working in no time. very helpful staff. not too bad cost. would recomend

passing when I got a flat, popped in both Chris and Mark couldn't have been more helpful , fixed the problem in record time at very reasonable price.Will definately be using their services again.Thanks guys.

To be honest I wouldn’t waste your time with the place!
Visited just over a week ago, no tyres in stock for my car other than budget so I was told they would order my choice, took my phone number and was told I would get a call……nothing!! Obviously couldn’t be bothered to help me. From a household with 4 cars you certainly won’t be getting our business anymore. Took my business elsewhere.

I arrived at 08:30 with a flat tyre and another tyre had a cut down to the cord on the outer wall. They were able to fit two new tyres within a couple of hours. Great fast service.

Had a puncture the other day. I think it was a David who could see my distress as there was quite a queue and i had to be somewhere. He rang the sister branch on riverside and they could change the tyre quickly. Excellent service all round, peolpe like David are exactly what every business needs - excellent customer service and putting the customer first.

Summary of what happened
I brought my vehicle in for a simple puncture repair.
The tyre had previous sealant inside (from an earlier temporary repair).
Your technician informed me the tyre needed “cleaning” before the puncture could be properly repaired.
I was charged an additional £25 (including VAT) for “tyre wash / sealant removal”.
Total bill came to £55 including VAT for what should have been a straightforward puncture repair.
technician simply tip out the excess sealant quickly — no proper cleaning, no machine wash, no removal of old sealant residue from the inside of the tyre. It took less than 2 minutes.
A brand-new tyre of the same size costs around £70–£80 fitted — charging £55 just to patch one (including £25 cleaning fee) is unjustifiable.
think twice before approach them.

I had a slow puncture and visited Wilco Fast fit tyres in Dereham road and in 5 minutes they identified the problem and suggested a solution. They did not charge me for the time and there was no pressure to have the work done there. I dealt with Shane who was very pleasant and professional.

When the car started making unhealthy noises just before Christmas I rang around the local garages. Most did not even answer the telephone. I called in to the Kettering branch of Fast Fit on a Sunday morning. It was repaired politely and efficiently with parts they already had in stock. Faultless !

Whilst attempting to check my camper tyre pressures just before departure to holiday, I noticed that whoever fitted the wheel trim on a previous wheel/tyre change, had completely covered the valve by wrongly fitting the trim. I called Fast-Fit in Colchester and they quickly sorted out the problem for me. Their attention to detail is outstanding, along with excellent customer service.

I foolishly put alloy dust caps on my tyres a few months back and they completely seized,I went to my local Fast Fit in Gorleston on Sea but they already had a busy Saturday schedule but was advised to go to their Great Yarmouth branch in the hope they could help me out.I already knew from a service that it could turn into a costly operation.The Garage manager also pre warned me that it could be expensive with possibly brake sensor replacement but thanks to their superb knowledge and expertise they managed to solve the problem without replacement with the minimum of fuss.I was lucky in respect that I got advised to go to Great Yarmouth Branch,but what a sound bunch of fellas.Thanks

So today I had a suspension issue with my car, rang around everywhere "sorry mate earliest we can do is Friday"

Rang Fast-fit in Kings Lynn "yeah no problem mate, drop it off and we will fit it in tomorrow or Wednesday"
