On 19Jun26, one of your company vans was involved in a collision with my vehicle. Rather than stopping to exchange details or check on the other party, the driver left the scene. I've had to go through my own insurer to pursue this, which has meant weeks of delay, hire car costs, and hassle that shouldn't have been necessary. Leaving the scene of an accident is a serious matter, and I'd expect a company with vehicles on the road to have clear standards for drivers involved in incidents. Very disappointing experience.

Very helpful sales team and friendly delivery driver

Extremely poor customer care or should I say lack of it. When a Portaloo failed to operate, they refused to take our word for it leaving the entire construction site without a WC for 48 hours, you can image how pleasant that was in 28 degrees. Given our three year relationship I find it rather insulting that they refuse to accept our word and would not resolve the issue without evidence. Needless to say to say we cancelled our contract with immediate effect. And sent them a video of the issue as evidence.

Never use this company.. they’ll deliver a decent toilet .. and if your lucky they may clean it once a month .. you’ll ring them speak to a lovely lady who’ll tell you a pack of lies. It’s been 6 weeks since our last service despite constant calls and requests. It’s been 30+ degrees throughout this period and the Loo has become a health hazard. Health & safety have been called out and of course no one on site can use the facility. 1 driver has refused to service starting it was a health hazard and another this morning left without attending to

The portaloo was required whilst we renovated our bathroom, the delivery man was very helpful, but I had to contact Euroloo several times for a service, as you can imagine the smell was awful. When I rang customer service for it to be collected I mentioned that it had only been serviced on 26th June, and again when I asked for collection, not very understanding and didnt want to listen, it's a shame that this side of the company is let down by attitude of staff.

Alin was great. Delivered without fuss. Speedy and efficient service.

Not toilet related, but a very kind man named Marvin saved my 15-year-old daughter from sexual harassment and theft by a group of migrant men. Hearing what he did brought me to tears.
I will certainly recommend this company to my brother, who works for Kier, as Euroloo clearly hires great people.

Phoned to confirm ETA on the day so no hanging around waiting for them to arrive. Pleasant, polite chap unloaded clean and ready to use portaloo. Monday arranged collection after the weekend and they were very helpful and accommodating. Arrived, removed the portloo. Again cant fault the service really helpful, friendly staff. Will def use them again and recommend.

Our septic tank has been emptied successfully without problem for over 40 years. Euroloo say they are unable to empty ours as they are unable to park on our quiet dead end road for "health and safety reasons"
