We had a great experience with Ergeon. Our repair was made in a timely manner, and completed properly. Communication was great and we’re super happy with our vinyl fence repair. I would recommend Ergeon or use them again in the future.

Nicole was very helpful with getting me a fence up and helping me with the permit she’s very understandable she had she did a great job. The contractor that put the fence up. Did a great job. I would recommend to anyone.

A couple of reasons made me give them a five star. First working with the team to get the final design took 11 iterations due to my neighbors changing input. The team was patient working with me to get it right. Scheduling installation was easy. The installer was Josue and he did everything nicely. Nicoly was in touch during the process and helpful. The team cleaned up the site very well. The installation was beautiful and very happy with how it came out.

The crew was very polite, we went over the project before they started to make sure that everything was correct. They were a pleasure to work with. The project area was cleaned up before they left. Pleased with work.

Prompt efficient service, communication was excellent.
Once job was scheduled the professional team when to work.

Overall great experience with Ergeon. Their initial project planning video call is very thorough and they ask the right questions to understand exactly what you want. I found that they kept in contact throughout the process so that when hiccups arose, they handled them quickly. The installers for my project were great and I'm very happy with my new fence.

Started the project on May 18th. Crew shows up whenever they feel like it. They "finished" on the 21st I believe however they did a shoddy installation and placed the gate in the wrong place on the porch and the fence is not seated firmly in the ground. Since then we've been waiting for the installer to get around to feeling like stopping by to correct the issue. They'll tell us a day but no time until the day comes. Sometimes they'll tell us a day and not show up. Not sure where these good reviews are coming from. They're supposed to show up today, July 14th to complete the job but I'm not counting on it. Very unprofessional, poor communications and you'd think they'd make problem customers a priority. They don't. It's a "whenever I get around to it" attitude.

Generally happy with the job although it got pushed back twice. Also not sure whether or not they actually used all of the fencing I purchased upfront based on initial conversation with the rep. The crew did a nice job on the fence installation

Their communication is awful. We told them we needed a temporary fence when our fence would be taken down because our neighbors have children and pets. They said that would be handled. When the installer showed up he said he wasn't aware of putting up a temporary fence. The fence had issues after installation and is under warranty. They sent back someone to look at it but these guys just show up at a different time than we agreed upon.

Excellent initial call that utilized camera tech to observe the site in real time, create our preferred design with a detailed explanation of the process. Great experience so far!

Do not use this company!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My project was a small fencing project, and the company required a small project fee. The neighborhood I live in has an HOA and requires approval before any fencing project can begin. When I contacted this company, they representative said that they would take care of getting my HOA approval for me and assured me it would be a smooth process. It was not.

The company did not send all of the required documents to the HOA for approval and my request for the fence was declined. After a month with no response from Ergeon, I finally was able to get in contact with representative and have her send me the HOA paperwork. I went through the paperwork and made several requests to Ergeon to make corrections to the paperwork and submitted to the HOA myself.

Once I received the approval, I contacted Ergeon and my project manage by phone, email and text message. I did not hear back from anyone for over two weeks. We scheduled an installation date for 6/19/26 with an arrival time between 8-10 am. I took the entire day off work.

On the installation date 6/19/26 Ergeon was a no show/no call. I called at 10:30 am and was informed my time had been pushed back to 12-2 pm that same day. By 2:30 no one had shown up, and I proceeded to call again and was informed that my project manage would call me back. By 5:00 no one had shown up and no one called. I called Ergeon yet again (3rd time) and requested to speak with a supervisor.

No supervisor has ever called me regarding the lack of communication from this company. My fence has not been installed, and I have cancelled my project. All of my attempts to contact this company have been met with silence from Ergeon.

I would not recommend anyone use this company, as they do not return phone calls or any messages.

WARNING !!!!!!This company IS A SCAM. They will take a deposit. And keep giving you reason as to why no steps have been made for over a month. They dont answer phone calls. They play dumb. They have no answers for any questions you may have.

Steer clear on this one. They completely jacked up my measurements and estimate using satellite vs. having a real person come out and work with us. We had numerous issues, then didn't remove my old fence fully, leaving a safety hazard! I had to fight
to get it removed without them trying to bill me over $400 extra! 4-5 different points of contact with the project was insane. They promised price guarantees and no worries, well that was a bunch of B.S. They are Lowes subcontractor, so do yourself s favor and go elsewhere to someone that will actually come out, measure and talk to
you.

While our initial experience with the sales representative was positive, the process deteriorated immediately after we paid the full project cost upfront. Although we were promised a start date within one to two weeks, Ergeon ceased all communication for an entire month. During this time, our emails, texts, and calls went unanswered, and no project start date was ever scheduled.

Due to this lack of responsiveness, we engaged a case manager from Home Depot to escalate our claim. While Ergeon eventually contacted us to offer a $500 discount and a new start date, we have declined this offer as trust has been completely lost.

We are still seeking the return of our funds and strongly advise others to avoid using Ergeon services based on this experience, unless you want your money taken and no services rendered.

Paula helped me to navigate a remote measuring of the space I would like fence in, and then we went over the different options for materials. Then we discussed the costs of the different fence types. Once we decided upon the type of fence to install, we began working on the payment. It just so happened that at the same time, I discovered that I had the wrong credit card, and needed to jump through hoops to fix the situation. Paula was extremely patient with me while I navigated through this issue. Now, I am at the point of scheduling an installation date.
