Sales is relaxed, allowing you to browse the products at your own time without any pressure. Ben, in the Barnsley store, was patient and knowledgeable and guided us through the process of choosing the right design, allowing us to chop and change as ideas came to light. The finished en suite bathroom looks great.

The panels we bought are really nice and great quality. The Sales Manager recommended some Fudge coloured sealant. When we installed the panels and sealed the shower we realised this colour did not match. We tried to return the unopened tubes but were told we couldn't by the same Sales Manager who recommended the colour in the first place. He didn't even care or take any responsibility! When you put your trust in the professional who serves you and they don't accept any blame or show any empathy - and are only interested in company policy (manager discretion was non existent), it is difficult to give a higher rating. Very disappointed. We have had to buy a grey sealant which blends beautifully.

Customer went in and picked the tiles. Wrong tiles were sent and fitted. Customer came home to wrong tiles. They said they will only replace the tiles and no cost towards having to remove and re-tile. Don’t go near them.

Easy Bathrooms make what is a complicated and daunting job ‘Easy’ with the help and support of Charlotte’s knowledge, perseverance and going the extra mile to source a non standard product that was needed to complete our bathroom design. Warranty service

We made contact on the team 30th of April 2026 as we believe there had been fault and/or damaged on the shower door and etc. - it had been acknowledged then that it will be covered by warranty.

After several months of communication, easy bathrooms scheduled 18 August 2026 between 14-15pm for them to complete the work. I took an unpaid leave(despite working in as short staffed-environment due to 6week term time) just to accommodate the availability of the fitter, but guess what? I received a phone call like 15:30 that they are unable to make it on that day.

Very unprofessional! Imagine waiting for months and missing the scheduled appointment without communication despite me taking unpaid leave. Some companies, even just with a slight delay, do gestures of good-will but what we got were just apologies.

If you had our experience, do you think we would recommend this to others? definitely NO

Amazing, amazing, amazing. I am so happy I bought my feature tiles from Easy Bathroom. The tiles look amazing in my bathroom but they were quite pricey but worth it. I would definitely recommend shopping at Easy Bathroom, they have unique designs and features.

We had an excellent experience with Michelle at Easy Bathrooms Watford when designing our new bathroom. She was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, with excellent knowledge of the products and a real understanding of what would work well for our space.

Michelle was endlessly patient with us, even when we changed our minds (more than once!), and was always happy to help us make adjustments to the design. Her advice and expertise made the whole process much easier, and the resulting bathroom is excellent — we are absolutely delighted with it.

Easy Bathrooms were also extremely accommodating when we needed to change a tap, as well as when we needed to return items or add to our order. The whole experience, from design through to ordering, was very straightforward.

We are having a loft conversion done with an en-suite, so I went to Easy Bathrooms to have a look around, the show room in Chichester is very impressive. I booked an appointment for Jeremy to come round to measure up, he gave loads of suggestions and ideas, he was really helpful in finding what we needed and didn’t mind when I changed my mind on the size the bath after the initial quote, was very accommodating in any changes I wanted. Would definitely use Easy Bathrooms again

From the first visit to the Durham South branch, my impression was extremely positive. Friendly staff and a massive showroom exceeded my expectations.

Scott did a fantastic job designing my new en-suite with patience and good humour. The quality of the final renders was amazing. Communication throughout the process from Scott has been excellent.

Installation should hopefully be in October, and I can't wait. Fingers crossed for a continued great experience.

I felt that for the not insignificant postage cost, being limited to six and then finding they were the size of coasters quute disappointing. It's not helped me choose tiles at all.

The showroom in folkestone is large and very well stocked, on entering we were greeted by darrel , who let us have a look around the showroom to see if we could get some ideas, as we wanted floor tiles he advised us on which ones were good for electric underfloor heating and after giving my kitchen dimensions darrel calculated the amount of tiles, adhesive and grout required. As the price was very competetive and could be delivered in a timely manner we agreed and paid for them . Once delivered myself and my tile fitter completed kitchen floor to a high standard. I have been using the Tiverton branch and have been very impressed. The staff are happy to leave you alone if that's what you want, and they are very helpful and knowledgeable when you need them. I have had a shower room gutted and refitted almost entirely with items from Easy Bathrooms as they offer a good range of good quality items at a good price. There is an infinite amount of stuff available online but it is great to be able to see the items in a store.

We went into the Durham store today for an appointment,unfortunately the lady we had booked to see was ill. Scott, who is based in another store, stepped in and in a couple of hours designed our beautiful bathroom. His calm, friendly, knowledgeable approach on the range of products available and advice on options was really impressive.Scott guided us through the process with patience and gentle humour making what could have been a challenging experience a real pleasure. It would be unfair to not mention the amazing Thomas (also from a different store) who went above and beyond to help identify tiles when the ones we had chosen were discovered to be discontinued. Thomas really knows the vast range of tiles incredibly well and grasped the look and feel we wanted and helped us achieve that. They are both a real credit to Easy Bathrooms and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We travel all the way from Manchester to visit Easy Bathrooms, as Gemma is so kind, extremely knowledgeable and always identifies the correct tiles for our new house. Gemma was also great at picking out things for our bathroom as well. We are so happy, and so thankful that Gemma has helped us, and would highly recommend Gemma and Easy Bathrooms to anyone looking for lovely items for their homes.

We had to order two bathrooms for a bungalow conversion. The whole Truro sales team and especially our contact, the showroom manager where very knowledgeable and no question or request was too much trouble.
Final order was very competitive and after sales exemplary when one item was damaged in transit, it was exchanged based on pictures and new item delivered in 3 days.

I made an order of tiles, the staff were very helpful letting me know when the store delivery was ready for collection. They even helped load into my van. Above and beyond, happy to recommend and I’ll be using again.
