Ken Olsen would be proud of what DCU is today. DEC employed my brother in mid 70s - a veteran jet mechanic back from Vietnam - he repaired Ken's helicopters at Hanscom and eventually moved into VAX programming. Ken really cared about DEC employees and being a member was a prized privilege and hard to attain if not an employee.

Whenever I need to talk with someone, staff is always friendly and helpful, providing great service and making sure to answer all of my questions. Just today (08.06.26), I needed support from customer service and they gave me all of the info I needed and more and walked me through every step of the way. I've loved this bank ever since I started banking with them years ago!
