You said, I should delite the protection of HP printer in order to permit your cartridge H305BXXL. The answer from HP was, you can not anymore delite the prodtection for the original cartridge. That is the reason why I want my money back. Wrang information.

We completely understand the frustration you may be facing, especially as recent printer updates often make it increasingly difficult for users to disable these settings.

We take all customer feedback very seriously, and after investigating your case, it’s clear that our courier partner, ACS, did not meet the level of service we expect. This is not reflective of the standard we aim to provide to our customers.

Amazing shop
Amazing shop, the staff was extremely friendly and educated on every daft question I had, I personally buy ink cartridges, but my brother buys 3d printing equipment from this shop, and he has always been happy with the quality of the products.

I placed my order on March 6 and I am still waiting for it. Apparently an attempt was made to deliver on Saturday but when I got to the phone it stopped ringing and call back was refused.its now midday on March 11 and I'm still waiting.
