Emma has been incredible helping me…
Emma has been incredible helping me with my (many!) trips to the store to buy tiles and accessories for our new bathrooms. She has always been so friendly and nothing has ever been too much trouble.

Visit 8th December
Today I went in with my grandmother to help her chose some new tiles for her kitchen that is being fitted. We were greeted by Emma and John who were both extremely friendly, knowledgable about the products and offered us a hot drink whilst we had a look round the showroom. Emma served us and was really attentive and showed different options based on my grandmas suggestions of what she would like. It was a pleasure to deal with them both and they were honest about the products being suitable for what we needed etc. Will definitely come back!

Amazing service by John. Lovely bloke - nothing was an issue, he even calculated the materials I’d need. Would highly recommend. Hope he gets a good Christmas bonus - he definitely deserves it 😉

We had a good laugh and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We would recommend the CTD tile shop to everyone!

Very helpful staff
We have no experience of looking for tiles but the staff in the Harrogate branch are fantastic - really friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely go there first next time.

Special thanks to Emma and John. When we arrived at the Harrogate store renovations were in progress and showroom was closed. John managed to show me the exact tile I wanted. He was very pleasant and more than helpful.

Excellent customer service from Martin, John & Emma. We were colour matching some tiles and they went above and beyond to help us, offering different options and providing invaluable guidance - enabling us to make the most perfect selection that we are beyond happy with.
