Clarks Omdömen 

Faser was our appointment person and he was so patient. I’ve never known Clark’s to be as busy as it was, we had an appointment booked and we were seen promptly. I had two children to be measured for school shoes. He brought different styles out, listened to what I wanted. My daughter was changing her mind and he didn’t bat an eyelid. I gather he’s a temp, such a shame as he’s one of the best we’ve ever had. Hopefully he’ll be back next summer.

We went to Middlebrook Bolton. We were served by Mo. He was friendly and great service.

The staff where very helpful and patient and explained the difference between shoes and trainer size. I give the staff a big thankyou.

We have been served by JEROLINE, and amazing customer care. She was absolutely amazing, had full knowledge, exactly know what she is doing, know the need of customer.
After so long I have come across a personal who is amazing as person as well as professional at work.

Emma at the Wallington store was fantastic! So knowledgeable, helpful and honest. We appreciated all her advice. She is a credit to the store! Thank you!

Martha at Cribbs Causeway helped both of my daughters choose new school shoes. She was incredibly friendly and took the time to make sure the shoes fitted properly suggesting and fitting insoles. Martha made it a lovely experience for my girls - thank you!

Jevonte in wolverhampton store was great immediately greeted us on arrival asking if we needed any assistance. He was very patient and sensitive with my little girl who hates shoes getting her properly measured up and helping find some school shoes available in her size. Jovante helped us get some protector scuff remover to keep them maintained explaining how to use this. Nice to have customer service with a smile again which makes a change having been in Clarkes twice over the month and not had any success. Thank you for yojr lovely service.

Maria at Selly oak was a very nice person who helped us a lot and was fast. She deserves a raise

The service is so slow and the people on the floor do not seem to be telling us what needs to be done for the queue. They were quick to upsell though.

Went in to get school shoes and Tilda helped us today, she was confident and very helpful! Can’t recommend seeing her enough

Upminster branch, so very helpful and friendly. I wanted Orinoco boots although they didn’t have them in stock I asked if I could order them. She advised the style was being discontinued as there were only 4 left in the warehouse I ordered 2 as these are my favourite boots. Such a contrast to your Lakeside branch that told me they had no boots and no they couldn’t order. So well done Upminster keep it going.

We decided to leave my daughter’s school shoes a bit later this year and got to the store at 9:30am.
It was quiet for my daughter who has autism and struggles when it’s loud and busy. I’d just like to say a big thank you to Helen from the Telford store! She was so patient, kind and helpful. My daughter needs Velcro shoes which for her size wasn’t available in the kids section but she helped us find the perfect pair from the adults area.

Went to get my two boys back to school shoes from the Clacton on sea store all the staff were wonderful especially Debbie C who went out of her way to ensure we had the best experience possible she made my sons laugh and we had such a lovely time in store

Perfect from booking my slot for the grandchildren to to most pleasant and helpful laila. Trained really well and not a thing I asked for was a problem. Good staff don’t come around like her and I would definitely employ her.

I don’t normally write reviews, but after our experience at Clarks Bedford Interchange today, I really felt I should.

We visited during the school holidays with seven of us altogether, and as you can imagine, the shop was extremely busy. Sayan looked after us and was absolutely exceptional from start to finish.

We had three teenage girls who took quite some time deciding what they wanted, but at no point did we feel rushed or pressured. He was incredibly patient with them, as well as being kind, friendly and patient with the younger children.

One of my children is autistic and can find busy, noisy environments particularly difficult. As there were so many of us, we were taken into a quieter area at the back, which made such a difference and helped make the whole experience far more comfortable.

Despite how busy the shop was, Sayan gave us all the time we needed. Every single child came away with a pair of shoes that fitted properly and, perhaps even more impressively, that they were actually happy with! I think that may be a first for us.

What could easily have been a stressful school-holiday shoe-shopping trip turned into a genuinely pleasant experience.

Sayan is a credit to Clarks. His patience, kindness and manner with the children were outstanding.

Clarks at Bluewater was absolutely heaving yesterday (30/9/26) the staff were run off their feet but I was helped by a lovely team member called either Alisha or Leticia, she didn't rush me and she was happy to check on their system what shoes were available in the size I needed for my daughter which was a bit time consuming. She was so polite and patient, she made our visit to Clarks a nice experience despite how busy it was. Thank you!
