Glasgow Argyle street ...I find a nice


Glasgow Argyle street ...I find a nice sandal was ÂŁ50 and I try to get a full pair to try it...The shopkeeper (young lady) left and honestly I had to wait a bit longer when she arrived. She explained to me the price is not what I see because another costumer mixed for it..strange..but okay. Could happen...so the price is ÂŁ75.
I walking out the sop when both shelves was a big labelÂŁ50...I questioned the lady...she also explaining something I am wrong..it is just a mistake and she removed the label was saying items there is ÂŁ50.You do have a sale but the shop itself doesn't know what is the item is on sale. Why did not organise it in the morning, look at your shelves and what is on it..off course it was in the early afternoon but 3 shopkeeper is on the floor and not able to looked what's going on the place...Not nice if you see something a good price and after you have to pay 50 precent more just because the staff not able to organize the shop.

Emily at Warrington
 AMAZING!!

Visited the Warrington store to get my daughter’s feet measured, we were looked after by a lovely girl called Emily (Emily C on receipt). Honestly I can’t thank her enough. She literally went above and beyond to help us choose some shoes for my little girl, she brought out loads of options to try in the correct size, gave fantastic advice about the best styles to fit my daughters feet as we found out there quite wide. She was patient, kind, welcoming, interacted so well with my incredibly tired and shy little girl.. that by the time we left my little girl was full of confidence running around the store in her new shoes!! Honestly, she was AMAZING! An absolute credit to the store and I will definitely be returning in the future to see Emily for future shoes for my daughter đŸ©·

TELFORD STORE - Shoes purchased in May 2026 developed a


Shoes purchased in May 2026 developed a fault several weeks later. Although I still had the receipt, the issue occurred outside the initial 30‑day refund period.

Helen dealt with my concern quickly, exchanging the sandals for a new pair and even refunding the difference as they had since gone on sale.

She was professional, courteous, and resolved the issue swiftly. Thank you for the excellent service, it was greatly appreciated.

Marie at the Doncaster branch was amazing!

Marie at the Doncaster branch was an absolute diamond! We came into today with my two little ones to get them measured and fitted, my oldest gets quite overwhelmed and dysregulated easily when other people have to touch her so got quite upset but Marie took it all in her stride and helped my daughter through it and made sure to take her time and be so kind and caring with her giving her the extra time to chat to her and help her cheer up again once she’d been measured and fitted for her first school shoes. She left the store bubbly and excited for her new shoes and it is 100% down to Marie’s kindness that even though she got upset she’s left with a positive attitude from it. I really can’t thank Marie enough for today

Not like the good old Clarks.

Clarks Return process is slow it can take upto 2 weeks to get your money refunded. Never experienced that even with a tiny business. Then Clarks send me a pair of shoes with half of the protection missing in one shoe in the box Thats how I knew someone else had returned them. So NOT New!!Obviously their Customer Service is appalling and needs visiting by some Senior Management I am waiting for a reply at the moment regarding my complaint My number is 1018687967 let's see what they say I received 3 identical mails on 3 consecutive days stating they had received my return. However No notification that the money had been paid back into my Bank 😞

Sarah at Clarks in Carmarthen

Sarah at Clarks in Carmarthen was fantastic. She was very kind and spent time helping my mum. My mum has dementia but Sarah didn’t know this, she was just kind and patient. Thank you Sarah.

Helpful, friendly and pleasant staff.

Anna and her colleague were extremely helpful, polite, checked stock and generally were a pleasure to be served by. The shop was extremely clean, tidy and well presented.
Anna took time to look for other options and styles assisted us when asked, but also have us time when needed.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful - boots were delivered and had clearly been worn! sent email with photos attached and was told 'they havent been worn maybe tried on' - offered 10%
I then received an email with the email and email address of another customers query and a copy of her email with MY email address as the address to contact re her query -

sent copies of this saying 'mmmm data protection' and was told ' accidents happen when we cut and paste and we are very busy' DO NOT DEAL WITH CLARKS out of nostalgia - AWFUL

An Evri delivery driver who has


An Evri delivery driver who has delivered Clarks parcels to my home on several occasions, and to express my deep disappointment with the way this matter has been handled.
I have been a loyal Clarks customer for more than 17 years, and I have always trusted your company for its quality products and customer service. Sadly, this experience has made me think twice about ordering from Clarks again, not because of your products, but because of the behaviour of your delivery partner.
I previously contacted Clarks Customer Service to make you aware of the incidents involving this Evri delivery driver and to explain the serious concerns I had for my safety. Despite this, the same driver continued to attend my address.
On 7 July, the situation escalated significantly. Because I was already concerned for my safety, I opened the door cautiously. The driver immediately began shouting and swearing at me in an aggressive and confrontational manner. I was so frightened that I had to immediately close and lock my door for my own safety. The driver continued behaving aggressively and banged on my door, leaving me feeling intimidated, distressed, and unsafe in my own home.
This was not an isolated incident. On previous occasions, the same driver left my parcels unattended outside my property, including on top of my wheelie bin, despite the obvious risk of theft. I raised these concerns because I expected them to be taken seriously.
No customer should have to fear opening their own front door to receive a parcel. I am extremely disappointed that, despite my previous complaints to both Evri and Clarks, the same driver continued to deliver to my address. I have now reported this matter to the police because I believe it is a serious safety concern.
As a long-standing Clarks customer, I respectfully ask that you raise this matter with Evri at the highest level and request a full investigation into both the driver's conduct and Evri's handling of my complaints.
I also request written confirmation that this driver will no longer be assigned to deliver Clarks parcels to my address and that appropriate measures have been taken to protect my safety.
I sincerely hope Clarks will take this matter seriously and intervene to ensure that no other customer experiences what I have experienced. After more than 17 years as a loyal customer, I never expected to feel unsafe simply because I was receiving a Clarks delivery.

First time at this Clarks store and not dissappointed


First time at this Clarks store was well impressed at layout of shop shoe styles on display around the walls and strategically in small areas inside shop leaving plenty of room for us and wheelchair to manouver to childrens shoes at back of shop ideal space for my great grandson not to feel overwhelmed.
Met by a young lad who immediately responded to my greatgrandsons greeting of hello which made him smile. It was clear that he was outside of his comfort zone as we had come in to have school shoes fitted due to Great grandson being fitted with new splints.that day but he didnt falter he just started to measure splints and said confidently this is my first time measuring for splints but Im willing to have a go, He was clearly going through in his mind what knowledge he had and the manager Jason came up and reassured him that what he was doing was right and prompted him to check what shoes we were thinking off. He said to Zuhayr I will come with you to see what we have but said it such a way as to guide him and not take over. Zuhayr came out with a pair explaining why they looked long was becase they had to be 1 1/2 sizes bigger and checked with both mum and Kyrie if it was ok to try them on to check they we a good fit. Kyrie was fascinated by Zuhayr's hair and he let him feel it and spoke to both Kyrie and mum explaining what he was doing while fitting making them both feel at ease.

We bought the shoes and as he had been during the whole process Zuhayr remained proffessionally polite and friendly to the end... I thanked him for his help and congratulated him on doing a good job and asked for his name so I could give him a good review and he said he couldnt take all the credit he received a few pointers from his boss and gave us boss Jasons name as well..
This is the second store we have visited and although the other store is nearer to where we live we will gladly travel here again
I hope Clarks realise that they have 2 very special members of staff there.. Kyrie can be anxious and if people havent any experience of disability they can find it a bit daunting dealing with a 5 year old with autism cerebral palsy and developmental delay and Kyrie picks up on this but both Zuhayr and Jason put all of us at ease.

Buyer beware that Clarks refuse to take


Buyer beware that Clarks refuse to take any responsibility for faulty items bought in an outlet store. Having returned home with a faulty bag, I was told by their customer service (after 2 days of waiting for a reply) that it wasn't anything to do with them and I can only return it to an outlet store. This will be a 50 mile round trip due to Clarks' poor quality control. Not impressed.
