From walking through the door, we were welcomed and assigned somebody to measure our son's feet for new school shoes. Once measured we were passed over to Huwaida who was fabulous with both ourselves and our son. Huwaida listened to what he liked and suggested he picked a favourite and a second choice, just in case they didn't have his 1st choice. Huwaida returned with both pairs and tried his 1st choice on, she checked that they fitted properly and asked him to walk around. Once he returned after a lap around the store, Huwaida asked how they felt, he said good and Huwaida asked if he needed to try the others, which was a No thank you. We were advised about scuff protection and leather cleaner but there was no hard sale. We paid for the shoes and left. It was the easiest school shoe shopping we have ever done !! All staff in the Bedford Store were polite, engaging and friendly. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Bedford Store and Huwaida to go and get shoes without the normal stress. Well Done Bedford Team, you were all amazing, thank you 😊

I came into the Clarks store at Middlebrook on Tuesday to get some shoes for my nephew after a day out, and we were served by Laiba. She was genuinely so helpful from start to finish, helping us decide which shoes would be the best fit for him while also making sure they matched his style and what he actually liked.

She was lovely, patient and polite throughout the whole visit and made the experience so easy and enjoyable for us. She took her time with us and never made us feel rushed, which I really appreciated. It’s customer service like this that makes such a difference and makes you want to come back.

Laiba definitely made me want to put Clarks as my number one choice whenever I’m looking for shoes in the future. She’s a credit to the Middlebrook team and deserves the recognition!!

Got two pairs of smart, comfortable dress shoes from Grafton store. Webber was brilliant - friendly, helpful and accommodating. A lovely manner - I will come again!

We were served by a very knowledgeable and professional young lady called Francesca at the Hinckley branch of Clarkes, who was so kind and extremely patient with my two boys one of which has extreme sensory issues with clothing, especially shoes. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she gave him time to adjust to the feel of the shoes and she allowed him to express himself and then offered alternative choices, she was calm and polite and really helpful.
The shop had lots of choice of styles in the right sizes for both boys and the whole process was easy and stress free.
Thank you Hinckley Clarkes for making my school uniform shopping easier and thank you Francesca for helping my son to feel at ease.

Visited the Selly Oak store to get the kids measured up for school. We were greeted by a young lady named Amat. From the start to the end she was super polite, friendly and very personalable . She measured both of my daughters and made numerous recommendations. A true representative of great customer service. Well done Amat.

As my child is starting secondary school in September and we were on holiday in Sullfoke so we popped in the branch in Lowestoft I must say Jess the shop assistant was so so helpful and very thoughtful and very good at her job we ended up getting the shoes

Belle was amazing at helping us choose the correct shoes and style for my daughter. She made my daughter feel comfortable

Not possible to make a return - after conntacring support, they are saying that their return portal currently is not working and that I should be back after 48 hours. I did, and they keep posting the same message - scam - don't buy Clarks online - if you don't fit - you won't be able to make a return.

The staff Alliyah that attented to me was very nice and approachble and she made it easier to get what i was looking for.

Brilliant service in Forestside last week. Our assistant Tom was extremely helpful. My son has an issue with his legs and needs 2 different shoe sizes, with shoes that are suitable for getting modified with a raise. Tom understood our requirements and took his time searching for shoes that were exactly what we needed. He had a lovely manner and helpful advice. Very much appreciated 😊

Visited Clarks in Selly Oak today with 4 very hyper children, trying to sort school shoes out. Ama and Inayaah were very patient and helpful. What is usually a very stressful situation for me was made into a very easy and smooth transaction, thank you 😊

Visited for kids school shoe fitting in Milton Keynes today and assisted by Erin who was just brilliant. Patient, flexible and supportive throughout - highly recommend.

Daania at the CMK store was very helpful, patient at sorting my children's shoes before they start school. It took a while but she was very attentive to ensure both children had correct sizes and for it to fit them properly too.

Schoenen gekocht die een maat te klein waren. Teruggestuurd maar het retourlabel klopt niet. Contact gezocht met de klantenservice, nieuw retourlabel ontvangen. Weer naar de pakketautomaat en wederom werd het label niet herkend. Toen maar zelf voor eigen kosten de schoenen retour gestuurd, contact gehad met de klantenservice en dat was okay, ze zouden zelfs de kosten betalen. Wat schets de verbazing dat de schoenen anderhalve week later opnieuw bij mij bezorgd werden omdat Clarks ze niet had afgehaald. Daarna lange mailwisseling waarbij ik steeds opnieuw het hele verhaal moest vertellen. Na weken de mededeling dat ze niets voor me konden doen. Mijn broer had een soortgelijk verhaal. Mijn advies, leuke schoenen maar hier NIET KOPEN!!

Had a good experience getting back to school shoes, Amat was very pleasant and helpful in getting various sizes and styles
