Had a good experience getting back to school shoes, Amat was very pleasant and helpful in getting various sizes and styles

Nya in the high Chelmer store was so helpful today! I really struggle to fit into any shoes- as I am really small for my age- and she totally got that I didn’t like the shoes displayed in my size and that they were too babyish for me, as I am now going into Year 8. She was very understanding and patient and was happy to go and get shoes for us in the employee’s only area- even though I may have said no to waaay too many pairs!

On the 4/8/ 2026 at around 15,30 pm Farah from Clark shoes Shepherds bush Westfield London helped me find the right shoes, she was very polite listens to my needs, and checked the back room for my size her great service made shopping easy.
Farah it is clear to see that you put in your absolute best and this is a sign you will achieve great success in your life in the future.
I will definitely be back and we’ll for sure be recommended the shop to my friends.

Visited Llandudno branch today and was greeted by Anwen who said ‘welcome to Clarks’. Anwen was very helpful finding the right trainers that I was looking for.

A much better experience that I had from the staff in the Chester branch a few weeks before. I picked up some sandles I wanted to try on and was completely ignored by the 2 members of staff. I was the only Customer in the shop. One member of staff was doing something in the window and the other was just wandering about. After waiting 10 minutes to be asked if I needed help I walked out of the shop.

I was looking for both of my daughters school shoes. I received help from a lady called leah she gave us so much time to help me find the right shoes for my girls. We found some lovely shoes and some PE trainers too they have the offer 3rd pair is half price if you buy 3. Really good deal. I would recommend clarks bexleyheath branch lovely team and very sweet and helpful

Brought my two little girls to get their school shoes and the lady measured up both their feet wrong by a whole size which is disgraceful. The attitude of the manager stinks walking around doing nothing when told he said maybe his member of staff cant read classy - talking about customers to the woman on the standing desk and starring over at us rubbish

Visited Bath store yesterday and was served by Freya. She was so good with my granddaughter who went for her first pair of school shoes.

I was looking for back to school shoes for my son, and ‘Gerry’ on Grafton street was really helpful. He went to the storeroom and got all suitable shoes for me while I did another errand. He listened to what I needed, gave great advice & was extremely courteous.

I made an order for a Black Nubuck, Torhill Mule, worth £32 and never received it. It was delivered by Evri but everything showed that it was not delivered to my address. As soon as I received the notification of delivery I quickly rushed to my front door and it was not there. I went around my house but didn't find it. I quickly made a complaint to Evri who directed me to Clarks but all that they will tell me was "We are sorry, there's nothing we can do" because it was delivered to your address. Meanwhile, I showed them the proof of delivery which didn't show my address but a floor which is not familiar to my address. They still ignored my complaint and hanged up on me. I am very sad for losing £32 for nothing. I hope you correct your wicked ways of service. This is shameful

Lovely staff, especially Emma who looked after us. Swift and efficient and helpful. She offered us some great advice about sizes and the shoe size we needed was in stock which was a bonus so no need to order.

I’ve bought from Clarks Surrey Quays many times, and I’ve always had a great experience. All the staff are very friendly, helpful, and patient.

On my most recent visit, Maria was especially helpful in finding a pair of summer shoes for my six-month-old. As it was my first time buying shoes for my baby, I had no idea what would be suitable for his age. Maria took the time to explain what would be right and what might not be suitable, which was incredibly helpful.
