Great service from Ben at the Bath store.

We were served by Mohammad, a new staff member at the store, only on his third shift. Mohammad was great... attentive but not pushy, professional and friendly, enagaging in conversation with 3 generations of our family, all whilst fitting 2 children for new school shoes.

Mohammad was careful in his checking of the fit, and knowledgeable about care of the product. Our sale was processed efficiently. I was informed by another staff member that Mohammed has stayed on shift an extra 30 minutes to finalise our sale, thus going the extra mile.

Thank you Mohammad, your service today was very much appreciated, & you are a credit to the store! 😊

Visited Clarks in Aylesbury. Needed to buy new shoes for my two year old, also needed to have her feet measured. What was usually a stressful experience for her was really enjoyable this time. The staff member Christina was very child-friendly, making fun expressions and playing along with what my child was saying whilst completing the measurements, doing well to distract her. An a little extra they gave her a sticker afterwards. She was very pleased. I was really happy with how quick, easy and stress free this experience was.

The store was also very clean, well organised and we were welcomed upon entry, the staff were all very proactive and approachable.

Today we came into Clark’s to mainly get feet measured and find something affordable for my two children for starting school. We were blown away by the kindness and professionalism of Kiesha. My son even gave her a hug before we left. I even treated myself to some jewellery with the help of another assistant called Rachel who was also very helpful and lovely. In the end we left with two bags and three pairs of shoes for a great price. The two ladies were so so helpful. I will definitely be back for the next pair when the time comes. Thankyou so much Kiesha and team! :) honestly the most loveliest bunch of ladies. I would highly recommend the service that Clark’s offer!! :)

We were served by Ella M at Lincoln Clarks today and she was fabulous! She was very patient and very thorough. We tried on at least 6 pairs and she checked each one in turn, giving us her professional opinion about the best fit and style for my son. What an asset to the company! Thank you Ella!

The stuff there were extremely friendly and helpful! I brought my baby there and we managed to find his first pair of shoes.

I have been a loyal Clarks customer for over 20 years and have owned many pairs of their shoes. Comfort and quality were the reasons I kept coming back.

Unfortunately, my latest purchase was extremely disappointing. The shoes are not merely uncomfortable, they actually hurt my feet, something I have never experienced with any previous pair of Clarks shoes. When I contacted Customer Services, my concerns were dismissed as a matter of personal preference. The response was generic, focused entirely on the returns policy.

What disappoints me most is not just the product, but the lack of support for a long-standing customer. This experience has significantly reduced my confidence in the brand, and I will be looking elsewhere for footwear in the future.

Timmy assisted in Cambridge today, he was a more than helpful. We were getting school shoes and needed help for sizes, and Timmy did just that add extra. He was extremely accommodating, insightful and competent. He was a wonder to be served by. Thanks

We were served by Angela in your Belfast store today. She measured my daughter’s feet and helped pick the perfect school shoes. She was very helpful and overall just lovely. Thank you Angela

I came with my 13yr old NV Autistic daughter and my 10 yr old ADHD daughter.
Chloe had the patience of a saint and was so kind and helpful.

I went into the Clarks Grafton St Dublin store for a quick look on my way to get a bus home, just to fill a few minutes.
I immediately took a stunning animal print shoe off the shelf to try it on in the mirror, and another customer instantly complimented them, then Marine came over and said she loved them too. Marine quickly got me the pair and talked me through the extra cushioning and comfort in this style, and complimented my own Wallabees. She was so easy to talk to and brought me out a different pair I liked as well. We both agreed the first pair were perfect. We chatted about shoes, and also my time working in Clarks years ago. Gerry was also great craic, and everyone was so complimentary about my style, I didn’t want to leave. No one felt overbearing or fake, just effortlessly good vibes.
What a gorgeous, gorgeous team in the Grafton St store and I am utterly obsessed with my new Torhill Bee’s!!
