Fantastic experience fitting and buying my daughter’s first pair of shoes at Clarks Selly Oak. Gibril approached me to offer help and was so friendly and helpful and made the experience really special. I also appreciated his knowledge.

We just turned up without an appointment to Clarks, Cribs Causeway. We only waited 15mins or so and were then expertly looked after by Irene who was patient and helpful in kitting out our 2 grandchildren (aged 8 & 5) with school shoes and the younger one with trainers too. Good to know that feet are still measured and shoes are checked for fit, comfort and growing room.

Great experience shopping. It was very busy but Brian was extremely helpful, attentive and very polite.

Helen was amazing with the young person I look after who has special needs. She even let him have his feet measured at the door of the shop as he didn't want to come in the shop. She even played along with him using his special interest sponge bob to get him involved. She was kind,caring and empathetic. This was the very first time he has had his feet measured successfully and he is 15.

Safa was amazing at helping me choose the correct size and comfort wear shoes. She went above and beyond with her service and helping me select the correct shoes.

Saim the shop assistant in Colliers Wood was exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable and made the experience of buying shoes for two boys effortless. Thank you , Siam.

We was welcomed by Rashid who was extremely helpful and had us in and out in record timing with exactly what we wanted. Can’t recommend more

I am absolutely digusted at the poor condition of the shop exterior of your Alton store. The paint has peeled terribly and even the plastic coating on the windows has shrunk back.
I cannot believe that a high street chain has allowed one of its outlets to get into such a state. Please either repair or shut the shop.

Visited Clarks at Chatham Dockside on Saturday 15th August and was so impressed. All the staff were fantastic. Thanks to the lovely young lad who measured my children's feet when we first arrived and then giant thanks to Emily for her patience and wonderful kind, helpful nature - she really put my daughter at ease (school shoe shopping is never fun for my very wide footed daughter!) Later on another lovely lady kindly assisted me aswell with some sandals and the lady on the till who I believe may have been a manager was also beyond helpful. A perfect shoe shopping experience where all staff really were exceptional. Thanks to staff at Dockside!

I visited the Wolverhampton branch today with my 3 children was really disappointed by the lack of choice and stock of shoes this year but the staff member Tina who served us she was amazing so helpful and friendly towards my children which was lovely to see she did her best to help us leave with the shoes we needed

We had such a lovely experience in Clarks today, and I would especially like to thank Timi for making it so enjoyable. She was incredibly patient, friendly and engaging with Emily and Jack while they were trying on their shoes. She made them both feel comfortable and included, and was so lovely with them throughout.

It’s clear that Timi genuinely cares about providing a great customer experience, and she is an absolute credit to Clarks. Thank you so much, Timi, for making what can sometimes be a stressful experience with two children such a lovely one!

I went to the Bluewater store to seek a refund for some shoes I ordered online for my son. Terence suggested we try some new shoes and sizes and he really went out of his way to help my son find the right pair of shoes and showed him a new way to tie his laces. We had a great experience this time around and we will most certainly return in the future.

Today I attended Clark’s shop at Forestside, Belfast. On entering the shop I was attended to by a friendly staff member called Amy. At once Amy interacted with my grandchildren and made them smile and feel at ease, she politely asked me a few questions to establish which type of shoes and services I would like for my grandchildren. Once established Amy then spoke with my grandchildren and put them at ease. Throughout our interactions with Amy she was polite, professional, informative and gave great advice. Amy appears to be very well trained and has a flair for this type of environment. She is a great ambassador for the Clarks brand.

We visited Clarks at Riverside Norwich, to buy school shoes for our great granddaughter. We were served by a very efficient young man called Jake. He was polite and helpful. He measured her feet, and spoke very kindly and professionally to her.

Tilly at the Trafford Centre store was extremely helpful when getting school shoes for my 6 year old. She went above and beyond to help my extremely fussy daughter 😂 Thank you so much!
