Safa at Middlebrook helped me select shoes for my 3 kids and was amazing. Very patient and also efficient for sorting out school shoes and some pre-walking shoes too. Thank you !

Order shoes on next day delivery well before the cut off time, the shoes took 3 days to arrive and hadn't been handed to evri for 2 days by which point I knew they wouldn't arrive in time for my event so went in store to purchase. Shoes turned up 3 days late , I wish to return the late shoes and have paid £6.95 for failed next day delivery and now face the cost of returning late item too. Useless customer service refused to refund instead offering 15% off next order ... which means would i would need to spend £80 at least not to be out of pocket!!
Not delivering on time and refusing to refund return cost is A BREACH OF CONTRACT under trade description act .. Don't Be fobbed off by useless Clarks Customer service ,
So far 1 phone call and 6 email exchanges ..ongoing

Went into the Middlebrook store with my daughter for her school shoes. We were served by Sam. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, spoke directly to my daughter and made her laugh. She even commented that she liked how funny he was. Great service from start to finish. Really happy with the shoes we left with.

We bought school shoes today and just wanted to make a special mention to Jess at your Leek shop. She went above and beyond in ensuring we were happy with our purchases and ensuring they fitted perfectly. We had to order one pair in an F as they were slightly too wide. Great service and was so helpful.

Jeremy was incredibly helpful and kind while assisting us in finding shoes for my son. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. He took the time to make sure we found the right fit and answered all of our questions with a smile. Thank you very much for your excellent customer service.

Terrible experience trying to return.
I ordered my daughter some trainers which were too small so I tried to arrange a return. This has turned out to be impossible as I only have the option to use evri and there isn't a returns for evri on the isle of wight. Trying to get them to give me a form so I can use royal mail to return is almost impossible as they want me to return the shoes and then email them my bank details for a refund. Clarks should have my details already on there site from when I placed my order.

Excellent service. The lady (perhaps the store manager?) measured both my sons feet and was clearly very experienced as multiple shoes were tried on until the best fit was found. A friendly and incredibly patient member of staff . Thank you very much.

Sarah and Rachel from Clark’s Carmarthen were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were really kind and went out of their way to help us. We had a great experience with them!

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

I bought three pairs of shoes online and returned them to a Clarks store. More than a month later, I still have not received my refund.

I paid using PayPal, so I first contacted PayPal to ask about my refund. They confirmed that they had not received any refund from Clarks. I then contacted Clarks, who told me they had tried to process the refund but that PayPal had rejected it. When I contacted PayPal again, they told me they had not rejected any refund and advised that Clarks should simply process it again.

Since then, I have been passed back and forth between Clarks and PayPal. Clarks tell me to contact PayPal, while PayPal tell me that Clarks are responsible for issuing the refund. Despite opening several cases with Clarks, I still have no refund and Clarks have been unable to provide any evidence that they actually attempted to process it.

I returned the items over a month ago, I have neither the shoes nor my money, and no one is taking responsibility. This situation is completely unacceptable.

I ordered replacement shoes in the correct size because the original pairs were far too large, but I am still waiting for the refund for the returned items. I feel completely let down by the way this has been handled and ignored throughout the process.

So many open cases and you are not refunding my money WHY?

I visited the Abbeycentre store earlier today to purchase my daughters P1 school shoes. I was greeted as I came in by a team member at the front of the store which was very nice! When I got to the children’s department, we were served by a lovely girl called Lily. She was amazing with my daughter, she asked her name straight away and chatted to her throughout. My daughter was so excited to get her school shoes, and this made it feel lovely for her. Lily was so informative throughout our experience, and very patient as we tried on a few different styles until we found the perfect pair. I also needed plimsoles which weren’t in stock in store but Lily kindly ordered those in for us. All in all a lovely experience from a great store!

I have been a regular visitor to Clarks in Abbeycentre over the years, and have had lots of great service from other team members (Maria, Cara and Grainne to name a few) so I knew there was nowhere else I’d go to get my daughter a very special pair of shoes.

This time today we went back to Clark’s because my child’s school shoes for September were too small so we went back to return them and get some new ones .the customer service was outstanding they were so nice and friendly especially Amat she truly makes Clark’s shoes service even better . She helped us from measuring my child’s feet willingly and mostly helped us order our shoes for next day delivery which I was truly grateful for !!!she was also so funny and commented on my child’s hair and said it was beautiful which truly brought a smile to our faces . Amat and this other gentleman treated us with such care and manner and greeted us and smiled. This is something they other stores should know a smile goes a long way and Amat and this other gentleman did this. which if Amat could read this and remember the gentleman she was with so he could have a nice mention as well. Overall they were so nice and brought out Clark’s true shine for customer service. Thank you Amat and other gentleman for making our experience worth it and thank you for putting a smile to our faces as we went . We felt you and this other gentleman should truly get recognition for your hard work and loyalty to us as customers. Thank you Amat .

The store had a lovely atmosphere as soon as we went in. Workers were helping children get fitted for shoes and being so kind and patient with them.
We were served by Angela and she was lovely - so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
Displays looked good. Prices were clear. Everything was neat and tidy.

Tavleen assisted at Fosse Park. She was courteous and extremely helpful. Thanks to her, purchasing a pair of shoes went smoothly and was a pleasant experience.
