I went to the Bluewater store to seek a refund for some shoes I ordered online for my son. Terence suggested we try some new shoes and sizes and he really went out of his way to help my son find the right pair of shoes and showed him a new way to tie his laces. We had a great experience this time around and we will most certainly return in the future.

Today I attended Clark’s shop at Forestside, Belfast. On entering the shop I was attended to by a friendly staff member called Amy. At once Amy interacted with my grandchildren and made them smile and feel at ease, she politely asked me a few questions to establish which type of shoes and services I would like for my grandchildren. Once established Amy then spoke with my grandchildren and put them at ease. Throughout our interactions with Amy she was polite, professional, informative and gave great advice. Amy appears to be very well trained and has a flair for this type of environment. She is a great ambassador for the Clarks brand.

We visited Clarks at Riverside Norwich, to buy school shoes for our great granddaughter. We were served by a very efficient young man called Jake. He was polite and helpful. He measured her feet, and spoke very kindly and professionally to her.

Tilly at the Trafford Centre store was extremely helpful when getting school shoes for my 6 year old. She went above and beyond to help my extremely fussy daughter 😂 Thank you so much!

Visited Clarks outlet today at McArthur Glen Cannock with my 4 year old Grandaughter for school shoes. Very well organised considering everyone was buying school shoes, so extremely busy.

was our retail assistant today. She was amazing 👏 introduced herself to us both and asked our names. She was very attentive to the fit and comfort of my Grandaughters choice of shoes. I visited Nuneaton store 2562 yesterday to purchase my two daughters school shoes. We were served by Kerry and I can speak highly enough of her service. From start to finish she was lovely. Actually spoke to my children and asked them how the shoes felt to ensure they were comfortable.
She was also amazing dealing with my autistic child when we had to order her size in she was about to have a meltdown until Kerry fully explained to her what the process was.

Jake was great help

Winston, the store manager, was incredibly friendly and attentive. He measured my children’s feet and carefully chose the perfect shoe style. He was so patient and knowledgeable, and made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable. The customer service was excellent, and it was clear that he genuinely wanted to make sure we found the right shoes for the children. I would definitely recommend this store and will happily return in the future.

The store also had a calm and welcoming atmosphere and was very clean and tidy.

Iqra was very professional when fitting my daughter’s new school shoes. She listened to our needs and brought out the right shoes and then checked them. Amazing service overall
