Max was so very helpful while I was juggling two little ones under 3 today. They were very patient and gentle measuring the kids feet and even when they didn’t have the style of shoe I was hoping for, they brought another similar style that was great and I decided to get. They explained about the sizing for the shoes and the growing room which I found so helpful.

Dinesh at west brom store was really friendly and helpful and sort my products straight away

Gerry in the Grafton Street shop was really friendly and very helpful.

Harlow Clark Shania was amazing super nice and polite and very helpful

We were welcomed in the Trafford Centre store and served quickly despite the fact we were here for school shoes in the middle of August and the store was busy. We were served by Heidi who was so lovely, polite, helpful and kind. Despite the store being busy, Heidi was unfazed, went through the options, measured my daughter and sought out the appropriate size in the shoes my daughter liked. She did have to get a slightly bigger size in one of the shoes just due to my daughter needing a little more room in the particular shape of shoe and Heidi was very patient and understanding with her. Having not shopped in Clark’s for a good few years, I was very impressed with the choices available, the price and the exceptional customer service received from Heidi and the lady on the till. I will definitely be returning in future.

Visited the store in Wolverhampton for some school shoes Samee was great in helping me choose my kids first school shoes great, really happy with the experience.

After scouring Belfast for a long shoe horn after hurting my back, I finally hit upon Clarks where a very helpful assistant named Angela knew immediately what I was talking about and produced a shoehorn.

I’d like to give a special mention to Jake in the Peterborough Queensgate store, who helped me in the shop today. He was still in training but was absolutely brilliant. He was extremely polite, thorough and knowledgeable, and clearly really knew his stuff. He took the time to make sure everything was right and was genuinely excellent at his job. He’s a real credit to the shop, especially for someone still in training. Because of Jake we purchased 2 pairs of shoes today. Thank you, Jake!

Served by lovely young lad called Ary/Ari. Super efficient, he was so kind and polite with my little girl. Also sold me some shoes care i didnt know about. Amazing experience at Trafford

Visited Clark’s at Selly Oak for school shoes for my son and daughter. We had a very friendly and helpful young man named Rashid providing support. Excellent customer service as usual! And the ticketing service worked well.

I visited the Cheshire Oaks branch today to get my little boy measured up for some school shoes.

He is profoundly autistic and this is never an easy trip for us as a family as he gets so upset with any loud noise and as you can imagine a week before school starts it was hectic.

The staff as soon as we walked in greeted us warmly and upon explaining my son's difficulties we were taken straight to a quieter area, he was still struggling so the lovely young lady took us outside to measure him there where he was more comfortable, he didn't make her job easy at all but she was so understanding and compassionate.

We finally picked some lovely shoes and when I went to pay we were told to wait outside and someone would come and take payment outside which was another wonderful member of staff, a young man, I wish I'd asked for their names because they are an absolute credit to the company.

So many people don't understand or try to understand just how much autism can effect something as simple as coming to buy school shoes but the staff went above and beyond, I can't thank you all enough, you made a stressful trip easy and full of compassion.

I was helped today by a really lovely lady called Farhana. Best service ever, she helped me to get the right shoe for my daughter and had so much patience.

Sophie at West Bromwich new square did an amazing job looking after my son for his school shoes. She was understanding and patient.

Very structured, walk in get measured then a team member assists with the shoes you ask for, even with big ques the structure kept it flowing, we were then greeted by a Clark’s representative called Sam, who handled our shopping experience like it was at Harrods.
Excellent service!

Went to the Lowestoft store, served by Trinity; she was fantastic with my 7year old. Spoke to him at his level and made the whole buying new school shoes fun for him. He loved talking about sharks and dinosaurs!!

Shop and staff were well organised. We were greeted and helped through the process with competence at every stage. Given how bewildering the experience can be with three kids, I felt really well looked after. Our server Lily did a great job listening to the kids' feedback about the shoes and helped us with patience and good humour. Great stuff!
