Clarks Omdömen 

I visited Clark’s in Nuneaton today with my three lively grandsons and received excellent customer service from Chloe. She chatted to my boys and put them at their ease whilst going the extra mile to find shoes they liked and that fitted perfectly. All three boys tried on several different sizes to ensure they were a comfortable fit and to give me peace of mind. Great job, thank you, Chloe, I’ll ask for you the next time we visit Clark’s!

Visited Clarks in Blackburn for school shoes. Daanish was super helpful with measuring and ordering when what we wanted wasn’t in stock. Thank you ☺️

Helen was a great trainer fitter today. Spoke clearly to our child and brought out many styles for her to choose.

The customer services department at Clarks are completely incompetent. They have absolutely no interest in helping a customer that has a problem, they just simply refuse to help.
Disgraceful service from Clarks and their couriers.
They have lost my custom permanently. I will be contacting my bank to request a chargeback for the goods that have been lost.
Shame on you Clarks, you used to be a reputable trustworthy company, but you definitely aren't anymore.
