Great service at the Fosse Park store - we were served by Kelly who went out of her way to make buying our first pair of school shoes a special occasion.

I went into Clarks in Nottingham recently. The shop was busy and after choosing a pair I approached a young lady for my size. Her name is Imogen and she was really helpful, and was very pleasant to talk to. Excellent service from her and a credit to the shop

Aminah provided great service at Clark’s Fosse park. It was a busy Saturday in the school holidays but she didn’t make us feel rushed , she picked up the kids names without me telling her directly, then continued to use them throughout the fitting. Some shoes and sizes were out of stock but she gave us great alternatives or other options for Sizing.

We visited Trafford Centre Clarks yesterday to have my daughters school shoes fitted.
Amelie served us and measured my daughters feet. I explained that my daughter has a rare condition on her foot and immediately Amelie understood and did everything she could to help so my daughter was comfortable in the shoes and helped support the fittings to suit the condition. Amelie was very calm, had great knowledge and was very helpful. Keep up the good work!!

Izzy was lovely and helped my daughter pick her school shoes. Now we have to come back every year. Thank you.

A big thank you to Adam at the Hinckley branch. We have two special needs children and we were able to book an appointment after closing time which was a big help.

Went to Fosse Park Clarks today (had booked a 2.30pm appt). Met at the reception desk, took my details Eleanor immediately came over, measured & collected all within 10 mins. Eleanor was friendly, proficient and professional. Usually this is stressful but today was brilliant. No waiting and no fuss. Thank you Eleanor.

Visited clarks in the mall today and it was busy so had a little wait not a issue. Our sales person was petra s and we asked for our son's feet to be measured and find some new shoes and she was so rude to us it was very unprofessional. Her tone of voice and attitude was not good! "Take your shoes off then" and just had a couldnt be bothered attitude. Almost went to John Lewis clarks instead as we have had no issues there in the past. Not sure if I would return after the service we received today.

Went to Clarks on middlebrook Bolton was served by Awal nice young man he knew his stuff and was very patient with my granddaughter. Measured her feet and tried on 3 pairs of shoes we bought a pair and nothing was too much for him.

Piazzo un ordine per un paio di scarpe disponibili, e giorni dopo mentre aspetto la consegna, mi annullano l'ordine per 'disponibilità limitata', così io ho perso tempo prezioso e non ho le scarpe che mi servono per l'evento. Meno male che doveva essere un marchio affidabile.

Alexander (Canterbury branch) measured both our daughters feet and was extremely knowledgeable at recommending styles that may be comfortable for them! He had endless patience and we left with shoes for both girls!! Highly recommend.

Martha was helpful, patient and enthusiastic when helping us with back to school shoes.

Most of all good with the kids and made the whole process efficient for us (the parents)

Had a great experience today at the Norwich branch buying my daughters school shoes - the shop was full but the system worked so well we were seen quickly and they have extra fitters on to meet demand. The young man who dealt with us (Ashley) was so attentive and a really good communicator which is a bonus as I am not patient or easy to deal with. Thanks so much Ashley you made this awful early experience easier than it’s ever been and you are an asset to that team x

Sue at the Norwich Riverside Store was amazing! She made sure she got the perfect fit for my daughter after struggling at other stores due to needing wide fit. Will definitely be booking in with Sue again next year!

Iqra at the Westfield Stratford store was really pleasant and helpful. She was also very patient when we were trying to decide between sizes ( all with a smile on her face). Thank you Iqra.

Emily was excellent - I needed three types of shoes for two picky kids and she was so great - by far the best experience I’ve had in Clarks. It was a busy Saturday too. Emily is an asset to that store.

Recently been to the Cwmbran store after not the best experience at another store.
The team here were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Lauren B in particular was fantastic. She went above and beyond for me and my daughter. Thank you Lauren and thank you for letting her pretend to pay!
