Recently been to the Cwmbran store after not the best experience at another store.
The team here were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Lauren B in particular was fantastic. She went above and beyond for me and my daughter. Thank you Lauren and thank you for letting her pretend to pay!

Kylea at the Clarks store in Grimsby was extremely helpful, knowledgable and kind when I went to get my feet measured. She reccomended all different types of shoes and took time and patience to explain everything. I also noticed that she was extremely helpful to the other members of staff too, she is a credit to the Grimsby store. She made me feel so welcome and I will definitely be back to make purchases in the future 🙏

I recently purchased these blush suede Clarks Artisan lace-up shoes from the Southend store and I’m very pleased with them.

I was served by Vanessa, who was kind, professional, and extremely helpful throughout my visit. She took the time to help without any rush, making the whole experience really pleasant.

The shoes themselves are excellent quality, comfortable, and a lovely shade. I would highly recommend the Clarks Southend branch. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We went to the Clarks in Cwmbran to get shoes for our 5 year old and 2 year old. A big shout out to Amelia who helped us - she was absolutely brilliant with our very chatty 5 year old. She did a thorough check of sizing and was even kind enough to measure our daughter's toy monkey's feet. Thank you, Amelia!

Brilliant Clarkes experience today!! Warren was an absolute legend. He helped us get a perfect fit of school shoes - he even managed to convince our very stubborn friend that he is actually an 8 1/2 instead of a 9. Thanks Warren!!!🥳🎉🥳

Clarkes Harlow, we were greeted by a lovely staff member called Robbie, who dealt with my 2 boys wonderfully. Even when my youngest refused to try the shoes on. Robbie showed him the pair he choose and told him he would order them in for him he’s a credit to the store.

Visited the Telford store yesterday to begin the nightmare search for school shoes for my 14 year old daughter. Having Autism & learning disabilities my daughter is still unable to fasten buckles or tie laces, & with slip on styles also being unsuitable, she has always worn velcro fastenings that she can independently deal with at school.
However the older she gets the harder it is to find these in larger sizes & after seeing there was nothing suitable instore this year & preferring hardwearing patent, I was approached by Helen who after explaining the situation to her, measured my daughters feet & went online where she found & ordered into store, the perfect velcro fastening patent shoe that was a previous years style. We were in and out of the store in no time and I can't thank her enough for her help with this years search!

Me, my partner and mother in law went into Clarks to get my little boy (Reggie) his first shoes. Maddie, helped us straight away by getting his feet measured and showing us which shoes were appropriate as he's just started walking. Maddie made the experience lovely as she kept my little boy entertained and overall really helped us! We will defiantly be back again when he needs another pair ☺️

Bought two pairs of shoes online using a gift card for £22. I returned one pair of shoes as I find the sizing for Clarks shoes inconsistent and they were too big. I expected the gift card to be used for the £49 shoes I kept but instead they refunded my money back to the gift card so I still have the gift card which I do not want. Apparently 'As gift card payment is captured first, we refund the gift card up to 100% of its original value, before the remainder is issued to your alternative method of payment.' I am not sure this makes sense. Not only do they charge more in postage and packaging for delivery they deduct £2.95 on top for returns. On the government website this is against the distance selling law. This is not the Clarks of old and as there is no shop within easy distance I could not try on the shoes before hand. Never again. I will shop at M&S and John Lewis. Customer service is a joke as they will not budge, what a con!

Josh and Tina helped us today in the Harlow store and we received great service. Josh was very patient and so good with our littlen we were very happy. Thank you again

I had such a great experience with Rashida at Clarks in Westfield Stratford. She was incredibly kind, patient and professional, and really went above and beyond to help me.

I honestly can’t remember the last time I received such excellent customer service. She made the whole experience so easy and pleasant, and I really hope her managers know what an asset they have in her. She absolutely deserves the recognition!

Great help from Lauren C at Middlebrook with my daughters first school shoes

We visited the Bedford store on the Interchange Retail Park and was served by Jasmine.
She was very helpful and polite. We measured my son's feet to establish the correct size school shoes and options were discussed. 4stars only because our first choice shoe wasn't available in my son's size but he was still very happy with his second choice. Upsold us some scuff protector as I'm sure we'll need it during the school term.
Although the store was busy we were served promptly with minimal waiting.
Would recommend this store to others.

From walking through the door, we were welcomed and assigned somebody to measure our son's feet for new school shoes. Once measured we were passed over to Huwaida who was fabulous with both ourselves and our son. Huwaida listened to what he liked and suggested he picked a favourite and a second choice, just in case they didn't have his 1st choice. Huwaida returned with both pairs and tried his 1st choice on, she checked that they fitted properly and asked him to walk around. Once he returned after a lap around the store, Huwaida asked how they felt, he said good and Huwaida asked if he needed to try the others, which was a No thank you. We were advised about scuff protection and leather cleaner but there was no hard sale. We paid for the shoes and left. It was the easiest school shoe shopping we have ever done !! All staff in the Bedford Store were polite, engaging and friendly. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Bedford Store and Huwaida to go and get shoes without the normal stress. Well Done Bedford Team, you were all amazing, thank you 😊

I came into the Clarks store at Middlebrook on Tuesday to get some shoes for my nephew after a day out, and we were served by Laiba. She was genuinely so helpful from start to finish, helping us decide which shoes would be the best fit for him while also making sure they matched his style and what he actually liked.

She was lovely, patient and polite throughout the whole visit and made the experience so easy and enjoyable for us. She took her time with us and never made us feel rushed, which I really appreciated. It’s customer service like this that makes such a difference and makes you want to come back.

Laiba definitely made me want to put Clarks as my number one choice whenever I’m looking for shoes in the future. She’s a credit to the Middlebrook team and deserves the recognition!!

Got two pairs of smart, comfortable dress shoes from Grafton store. Webber was brilliant - friendly, helpful and accommodating. A lovely manner - I will come again!

Lovely people and great service and shoe options

We were served by a very knowledgeable and professional young lady called Francesca at the Hinckley branch of Clarkes, who was so kind and extremely patient with my two boys one of which has extreme sensory issues with clothing, especially shoes. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she gave him time to adjust to the feel of the shoes and she allowed him to express himself and then offered alternative choices, she was calm and polite and really helpful.
The shop had lots of choice of styles in the right sizes for both boys and the whole process was easy and stress free.
Thank you Hinckley Clarkes for making my school uniform shopping easier and thank you Francesca for helping my son to feel at ease.
