Was assisted today by Dawn @ Swansea Quardrant. She was a great help with picking my shoes needed some formal shoes with the difficulty of having very wide and chunky feet,
It was a little difficult but with the help of Dawn she was patient, very kind and talked all my options and together I manged to find a pair i wanted, was very happy with the purchase I made and will most definitely return when I need more shoes

Amy, the assistant in Rushden, was amazing today! The service was very professional. She had a great approach to the customer and showed tremendous patience with the children! We were picking out our first-ever school shoes, and Amy made the experience truly pleasant. Thank you!

We went into the Cambridge store today to get my son some school shoes and Charlotte served us and she was amazing. She was patient, helpful, reassured my son when needed and nothing seemed to be a problem.

Leena went above and beyond to help with a click and collect order i had an issue with. She was able to resolve it well and I walked out with my shoes. Thanks.

Una experiencia muy decepcionante con Clarks y le doy una estrella porque no le puedo dar0.

El proceso de devolución ha sido un auténtico desastre. En Madrid apenas disponen de tres puntos de venta, todos situados en el centro, con acceso complicado y prácticamente imposible aparcar. En mi caso, desplazarme hasta la tienda más cercana supone alrededor de una hora y media.

Antes de ir, consulté expresamente por el chat de atención al cliente si podía devolver en tienda una compra realizada online y me confirmaron que sí. Sin embargo, cuando llegué al establecimiento, me dijeron que no era posible precisamente por haberse realizado a través de la web.

Es decir, recibí una información incorrecta por parte de la propia atención al cliente, hice un desplazamiento innecesario y, además, Clarks cobra por gestionar la devolución.

Resulta sorprendente que una marca de este nivel tenga un sistema de devoluciones tan poco práctico, contradictorio y nada orientado al cliente. Hoy en día, cuando la mayoría de las empresas han simplificado muchísimo estos procesos, la experiencia con Clarks ha sido de lo peor.

Espero sinceramente que revisen este sistema y mejoren la coordinación entre su canal online, atención al cliente y tiendas físicas.

Went into the Isle of Wight shop today to buy school shoes. My son is autistic and has a sensory processing disorder and my daughter, whilst undiagnosed, has real trouble with finding socks and shoes that she tolerates. I can't remember the name of the wonderful lady who served us, but she was endlessly kind and patient with them both. She helped my daughter try on so many shoes and decide on a pair that were comfortable. She immediately got my son's needs and made sure he had a pair of shoes that he loved. The service in Clarks is always amazing, but today really stood out.

I took four of my children to Clarks in Huddersfield for school shoes yesterday, not realising it was so close to closing time. But this wasn't too much trouble for Assistant Manager, Michelle, who made sure we left with some lovely, well-fitted school shoes - thank you!

Thank you so much Carla & Charlie @ Bournemouth Castlepoint branch for making the annual school shoes shopping trip so painless for all 3 of the children.

We had a great experience at Carmarthen store. We were served by Bethan and Rachel. They were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They engaged with my children and made our back to school shoe shopping experience enjoyable!

Visited the Bedford store and was served by Nawaz, excellent service. Nawaz helped us with 4 pairs of childrens's shoes and was very helpful.

Molly was absolutely excellent with all 4 of my children’s show fittings. She listened to how they felt in their shoes. It also made sure the shoes fitted correctly!
Amazing service

Visited Grimsby branch this morning (as I often have) for my autistic son, it was busier than previous due to time of year but firstly I noticed the staff all took time with each customer. We was served by Viv who very quickly asked about my boys sensory issues and adapted her service to meet his needs. Real focus on my child and making sure he was doing okay. It's those little acts in retail that make what is an often stressful experience one of ease.
So just wanted to shout her out!

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Not only that you dont get assistance, but you are blamed for their mistakes.

Visited Clarks in Bluewater last week and the young lady who served us - Katie - was absolutely exceptional! Her patience and product knowledge was off the scales. It's so rare to see these customer service skills these days that it was a pleasure visiting the store. I had a previous experience with a gentleman in the same store the week before...honestly, I'm not sure why he bothered to show up, he absolutely couldn't care less about selling a pair of shoes, so Katie was a delight and a breath of fresh air!

Jorja was very helpful in finding just the right shoes for my little ones. She was professional, took her time and nothing was a hassle.

5 Star Service today at Fosse Park Clarks. We were served by Kerry who helped my mum buy a pair of heals for my Graduation. She was very knowledgeable and was happy to come up with many options for my very picky mother. 😂 She did multiple trips to the stock room to get many different sizes and styles and all with smile. She even helped us get the best discount possible. In the end our blue light discount didn’t work but that was down to technology. (Could be improved) However the service was exceptional. Kerry is an asset to your store.
