I found the whole experience very positive. I didn't really know what to expect as I haven't sold jewellery before but I was immediately put at ease. Lovely premises, the gentleman who served me was so professional, courteous and kind. I would definitely recommend this company and have no hesitation in returning.i would not go anywhere else. Good service but collection protocol is lousy
Re-assuring tel and email support. Reliable and sensible pricing. One glitch which needs to be ironed out: Collection service via DPD is very unsettling; the driver collects high value gold for sale, but gives no code, ID, name or reference. Driver said he has to be genuine because he knew where/when to collect! Frankly, that's not good enough for high value collections.
