I would never recommend Carbar to anyone.

The experience has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish. They are very quick to take your money, but when it comes to actually delivering the vehicle, the service falls well short of expectations.

I previously leased a Tesla through Carbar via my former company. The first Tesla I was provided had to be returned because, in my experience, it was handed over in an unacceptable condition and I did not feel it was safe to drive and present badly. I was then supplied with a 2021 Tesla, which was a significant improvement and acceptable.

When I applied again this week to lease another Tesla, I was shocked to be offered another 2021 model. After several years, I expected newer vehicles to be available. Offering customers a six-year-old vehicle when leasing simply isn't what I would expect. Really... no newer Teslas in stock 6 years later!

The overall process has been disappointing and extremely frustrating, and the customer experience has left a lot to be desired.

There are plenty of other leasing companies in the market and, based on my experience, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere before wasting your time with Carbar.

Very easy collection process. The team are professional and efficient and the vehicle is immaculate.

Couldn’t be happier with the vehicle especially considering the price and the customer service is great as well made the process extremely smooth.

Found a good vehicle for its price, plan to subscribe for 6 months or longer, upfront fee (and delivery since car i wanted had to be delivered from NSW to Brisbane) will end up cheaper if subscribed longer, support responded quickly to my emails and had clear, concise instructions for booking and collecting the vehicle, as well as bringing it in for servicing. The only negative experience I had was the car was not in the best shape upon collection, requiring booking a car check-up within the first week.

Service has been great from the team, efficient process, but quality of the car not as pictured / advertised or for the price paid. Car is missing hubcaps, was dirty on pick-up and not properly cleaned (visible spills) doesn’t look all that great. Process to swap could be improved.
