The bingo itself was a good night but…
The bingo itself was a good night but we wasn’t made aware that the car parking was now being charged. We ended up with a £60 fine off buzz bingo for this. There were no notices visible and we wasn’t informed by anyone, even though we had said we hadn’t been there for years!!

Hi Carl, I hope you're well. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review for our Kingsbury Club. Unfortunately, I'm unable to provide you with account-specific information or advise further however whilst we encourage safer gambling this does not always negate a customer's eligibility to receive promotions. If you wish to discuss your account or concerns further please complete a contact form under our 'Contact Us' page found on BuzzBingo.com. I'm sorry to hear you've not won a jackpot, I can assure you that we operate using a random number generator for all of our games including bingo. With gambling there is no guarantee you will win back what you deposit, unfortunately. Kind regards Claire, Customer Reviews Team
