Everything was good except for a couple…
Everything was good except for a couple of details that made me consider if I should give 1 or 2 stars. Windscreen was installed ok, no complains at all but the technician left permanent damage to my headliner near the cabin lights buttons. There is a black glue type of stuff on both sides of the console that I didn’t see until the technician left. It is not from before, it is fresh and deep black, not dirt marks. Right now I am trying to get rid of it by using heavy duty wipes, scrubbing with solutions…and not really getting it out completely. Also technician broke a couple of clips from the lights console and now I have glued it into position.
I didn’t want to leave this review but I am frustrated of the damage that he caused. Apart from this, everything seems ok.

Well let me start at the beginning. When people sometimes say cheapest is the best, on this occasion you could be not be more wrong. I called and the Client advisor was so helpful, amazing really.
Booked the Glass replacement and given the date and time. The technician called an hour in-advance of arriving, technician was a good guy, had a great conversation with him, one of things that came up was how happy he is with his and employer, he came across as he was really invested in his job and to be honest, he acted as if it was his business which I found to be very good. I gave the service from start a top rating due to be a valued customer not a number. I hope not have a situation where I need my windscreen replacing again, but I did need the service again, I will be calling Budget Windscreens again. Thanks again for a great price, service.
