Furniture delivery took two attempts…
Furniture delivery took two attempts because delivery drivers did not attend on the first booked date. Parasol is fantastic but one of the sun loungers wheels came off within 3 weeks. Replacement parts sent within 3 days.

We received quotes before we got home; the delivery company kept us informed & the furniture arrived 3 days later. We are delighted with the quality. Excellent all round!

Top quality furniture. I was looked after by Bruno from start to finish. Got the Kensington armchair with footstool and matching table. Great quality. Better than I thought. It was the waterproof cushions that sold it for me. Can now sit in my garden all year round. Fantastic customer services, wish everyone was like Bruno!

The Kensington Collection
We recently decided to upgrade our garden furniture and having seen a set that our friends had bought a couple of years ago I decided to look on Bridgman’s website. I made a call to discuss the items I was interested in and was successfully guided by our lovely customer service assistant Bruno. He was so helpful and I can highly recommend him. We spoke several times and he sent me very useful videos and a sample pack that includes the rattan and lots of fabrics so I could make my final choice from the Kensington Collection. It is Superb quality furniture, much more superior to what you might find in your local garden centre. We are delighted with our choice and we may add to it in the near future. Delivery was well organised and the men were very obliging. The range is certainly not cheap but I’m a firm believer in that you get you pay for. You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing Garden Furniture
We have just received delivery of our Kensington furniture after visiting the Enfield showroom on 28 May. We had viewed it online but went to see it in the showroom to be sure that it was what we wanted. Paul was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we could see the quality of the furniture. Looking for quality garden furniture
Visited Cheltenham store after first checking if it had Bordeaux on display ( as we live an hour away). Elee was so friendly on phone & told me the best place to park & how to find the store.
On arriving at store she was amazing - not pushy but very knowledgeable about all of the furniture.She answered all of our questions .
Our furniture has arrived -fast & professional delivery and it was so well packaged .The quality of the furniture is exceptional and we are thrilled .

Our experience with Bridgmans has been first class. Visiting the Wilmslow store gave us the opportunity to see and try out the furniture in the flesh.
