I had been agonising over buying a sun lounger for quite some time. As our summers get hotter, so does my desire to have somewhere comfortable to sit under the tree and enjoy a good book. The thought of storing loungers over the winter, along with finding something that would complement my existing garden furniture, had always put me off.
On Monday, I happened to walk past the Bridgman Wilmslow store, and there, right outside on the pavement, was exactly what I thought I’d been looking for. I wandered in and was greeted with a warm welcome from a smiling Emma.
Emma took the time to guide me through the Bridgman collection and, more importantly, explained the quality of the furniture, the different weaves and colour options, the fact the fabric is completely waterproof and the excellent Bridgman guarantee. She even sent me home with samples of the rattan and fabric so I could see how they looked alongside my existing furniture.
I returned to the store yesterday and, after talking through my options, Emma helped me choose a beautiful two seater sun lounger set with a drinks table. It comes with a 10-year guarantee and an expected lifespan of around 25 years. What more could you ask for?
But Emma's outstanding customer service didn't end there. She arranged delivery for a date that suited me perfectly, explained the entire process, and even sent me on my way with a bottle of bubbly to enjoy later.
We'll chill it and raise a toast to Emma when our new loungers arrive!!

We visited the Walton on Thames branch and were greeted by Harry, with his smiley face. Excellent service, very helpful, and explained all about the product, Monaco lounge chairs and tables, with great knowledge. Highly recommend purchasing these first class products.
The delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful.

The Walton on Thames store is well run and the street parking outside makes it a pleasure.
Harry is very knowledgeable of all the products and a pleasure to deal with, he even attended the store on his day off to complete our order so that we would get an early delivery.
Have never bought garden furniture anywhere else and have no intention of doing so.

I bought by first all weather Bridgman Windsor dining set over 15 years ago and it is still going strong. From this, I subsequently bought a set of Kensington dining armchairs a few years ago, and recently purchased some side tables to match. I recommend their products as they are well made and will stand the test of time. Also, I can't thank the sales team enough, as they are always polite and helpful, even proactive. Without the latter I would not have purchased the Kensington side tables. So thank you Bruno Harris for being proactive this week! I look forward to receiving the side tables soon...

Having discovered Bridgman and realising they didn't have a showroom in Scotland we managed to squeeze in a visit to the Enfield showroom when we went down to the south of England for just one day. From the moment of contact with Bridgeman via their website Bruno introduced himself and communicated regularly to ask for the sizes of our terrace, photos and checked that our arrangements to visit were going to work out.
We were greeted on arrival by Bruno who immediately came across as relaxed, friendly and helpful. He showed us the sets we had discussed as well as a more deluxe model. He readily agreed to moving around the showroom pieces so that we could envisage both sets in the configuration that we thought would suit our terrace. Nothing was too much trouble.
Bruno had a very informative and unpressurised manner which we much appreciated.
We left the showroom with 2 quotations to consider on our long drive back North.

The purpose of our visit had been to judge the comfort and quality for ourselves which we found to be excellent and therefore well worth the effort.
We decided to go ahead with our order last thing on a Thursday (as we drove home) and were delighted to receive it the following Monday.
It was beautifully packaged and everything was easy to put together with a few clips. It looks wonderful on our newly extended terrace looking out over water.
We highly recommend Bridgeman for their quality products but are also very impressed with communication and delivery. Bruno has been exceptional.

Harry at the Walton Showroom was with us every step of the way as we chose the perfect outdoor furniture. In fact, I’m typing this from one of my divinely comfortable new armchairs in the garden as we speak! There is so much choice and I’m not sure we would have gotten there so quickly without Harry’s expert guidance. He also made the whole experience fun for us (and our kids who were dragged there with us). Thank you Harry! We certainly know who to come to if we ever need anything else.

She was quick to respond which was great for me as I also am a busy lady. I cant thank her enough she is an asset to your company.

We ordered our furniture through Harry at the Walton store. He was really helpful in explaining our options and helping us decide what to go for. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the corner sofa and table we bought. Super comfy and great quality. Service by the after sales team was also excellent. We had a small problem with the table, but it was sorted right away. Would highly recommend.

We visited the Cheltenham store and were assisted by Kate. She was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable about the various ranges but did not pressure us in any way. We bought the Bordeaux dining set and it looks beautiful in our garden. The delivery service and set up was fantastic. The whole experience with this company was great.

My partner went into the Tunbridge wells store and saw a sofa that he liked. Sian was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. She was professional without being pushy which was appreciated as we’d had an awful experience in another store with a sales guy that wouldn’t leave us alone.
So all in all Sian was helpful, professional and friendly, a pleasure to meet.
