excellent service, very punctual and clean trucks

Owen was fantastic in the morning tour. He even shared a discount coupon for the buffet in th stratosphere. Buffet was acceptable for th price $23.00. Owen was very interesting and engaging.

One Sunday afternoon, we (after living in Las Vegas for 20 years and seeing the Big Bus pass us by on several occasions) decided to partake in the Downtown Las Vegas route of the Big Bus Tour. Our tourguide, Ralph, was a wealth of historic information about Las Vegas, and also quite a talented stand-up comedian!!!! It's like riding in a huge convertible with the top down surrounded by about 25 other people!!!! It's a good way to see a lot of the city in a little amount of time!!!! Loved it!

The staff of the BigBusTours are awesome and super friendly. Suzy and Chris did the night tour of Vegas. They were great and kept us entertained and informed. Thank you Suzy and Chris. Big Bruce did the day time tour of the strip. He was great, he asked everyone where we were from and had us laughing the whole tour. Oscar was at our pick up station at the Excalibur, he was very informative about the BigBusTours. He talked to us about the Grand Canyon tours. He answered all questions. I would advise everyone to do the tours. We have done the BigBusTours for two years. We use it as our transportation. We did the Deluxe package and it was worth every penny. Thank you all for making our Vegas trip so much better.

This was a great tour. The guides are all knowledgeable and fun.

We did the night time bus tour to look at the lights. We enjoyed it very much! My teenage son even liked it! Be warned though that it is chilly riding on top of the bus! Many in our group didn't have jackets and it got chilly! We learned history of the city which was interesting. Also got a great view of the Mirage Volcano show. The time allowed to walk around on Fremont Street was good. Good to get off bus and walk for a while and enjoy pizza and entertainment! We did this tour on our last night in the city, but wished we would have done sooner in our trip as the guide gave recommendations of places to visit and we saw places along the way that we wished we would have had time to visit on our own!

Gloria was our night tour guide. She was amazing!!! She had more knowledge than I think most people do in general life. Because of the fabulous experience we had with Gloria, I will definitely do another tour with Big Bus when returning to Las Vegas!! I cant say enough wonderful things about Gloria!! Thank you to Sean our driver as well!! They were a great team!!

There was a lot of mess ups and delayed buses. We spent a lot of time waiting. The guides were nice, but a couple of them spent most of the time making jokes and talking nonsense. When in a bus like this, we like to be left alone, and listen to the recorded guide information if we choose to, not being forced into small talk with the guides in front of the whole bus.

We travelled on two of the Las Vegas tours, Blue & Red. On both of these, the guy's giving the commentary were simply aweful. One only wanted to tell us how much he ate at every restaurant we passed, and the other could barely string a sentence together. In addition, when asked fairly easy questions about the Strip, they didn't have a clue. Given what Big Bus charges, surely you can hire some semi-literate half wits with at least some basic knowledge about the histroy of the place, and make sure they don't sound like they just fell ouit of a bar at three in the morning.....never again.

We loved it, every minute of it!!!
It was easy to hop on and hop off.
And....ON TIME, every time.
The tour guides were awesome and FUN.
The drivers, WOW they know how to drive.

I saw a lady walking around and asked about the tours, she walked with us to where the pick up location was. Explained the tour and pick up times and drop off times.
We took 3 tours, 2 day and 1 evening, there were a few different guides and drivers, they were great story tellers.
For the first time in Las Vegas, we had a blast.

It was amazing to travel with Big Bus.Our guide Suzy & driver Sandra was excellent.Suzy is a lovely lady have much knowledge and whole trip she entertained us.I would recommend Big Bus tour to others.We covered almost whole Vegas city.

Best way to see highlights of city. No parking issues. Also the discounted tickets to other attractions is a major plus. Would like to see extended hours like starting before 1000am and having buses run later than 600pm.

Roger, Mario, Sarah and Ralph were a treat. Entertaining and informative. gave us ideas to use later to enjoy the night life. The bus brivers were awesome too and got us to stops safe. Late, sure buts its Vegas at rush hours... Still my main stops to use when I need to know a city by day to enjoy at night. Thank you.

I took a big bus tour and it was awesome, Susie the guide was on point and a real joy...it knew so much and made the trip very memorable, we took the night trip and will be coming back for the day trip with her and our driver Carlos...Carlos was an excellent driver, driving a sight seeing tour bus is all about traffic and timing and Carlos was spot on...he got us to places in tine to see all the extras...5 plus stars💖

My Big Busxperience was great but I was saddened to see that when a disabled person in a motorized scooter tried to get on she was told that the battery in the scooter did not meet the requirements. There were tiedown straps, a lift and plenty of room. I would hope big bus would be in compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act but Patrons aware of the battery compliance issue before they tried to board the bus as my heart went out to her when she was turned away.

Bad experience
I had waited them in same place for more than 1 hour and the bus came after call form another passenger.
And then the next day I waited a bus for 20 minutes after the time that was supposed to be there!
Too much for nothing.
There is no benefit of apps and there is no way to figure out when next bus would come.

It was a very cold night when we went but we had fun
