Good way to see Abu Dhabi in a short space of time.

A pretty ridiculous price for what I felt like was a less than average tour. Most of the sites are malls and shopping centers and public parks-- I'm not really sure who, in the Abu Dhabi weather, would hop off the tour to hang out in a park or boardwalk. I don't think stopping at a mall, no matter how big or popular, is something I should pay for. I paid 30 euros for a bus tour of Rome-- way more interesting attractions. 70 dollars for a 15 stop tour where only about 5 stops are actual interesting places...not worth it.

We had great fun, especially Amjad was very courteous.

This was a good experience. Sent some visitors on the bus for 2 days while I was at work. There was some confusion at the start when choosing a ticket as the website says one thing and the facebook page says another.

Although the tour was a bit more expensive than most of the bus tours I have taken in various locations, the quality was very high. The drivers were friendly and helpful Free wifi and water was a bonus.

Ich bin innerhalb kürzester Zeit in 5 verschiedenen Städten mit Big Bus auf Erkundungstour gegangen. Immer wieder gut und sehr informative Stadtrundfahrten, auch wenn es nicht gerade billig ist. Dafür ist Leistung wirklich gut, immer wieder sehr nettes Personal, super flexibel und in Abu Dhabi sogar WLAN im Bus inclusive.
Freue mich schon auf die nächste Stadtrundfahrt in der nächsten Stadt.

We took the bus for a quick trip around Abu Dhabi during our 12 hour layover. By the time we got into the city, we were in time for the last bus back to the Grand Mosque. We had purchased the tickets online and decided to go despite the cost, as we figured it would be a nice way to see the city. Sadly though, the audio did not work in any of the seats we sat in. We tried both upstairs indoors (which was sweltering), outside, which was lovely and on two different busses (we had to change busses at one point). It would be great if there was some indication of the bus times on the website so that people with tight times could judge whether or not purchasing the tickets in advance is wothwhile. Also, it would be great if the audio in all the seats worked. Zooming by this lovely city was great and all, but it would have been much better if we knew what we were zooming by.

Poorly Run Organization. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

I purchased my ticket online prior to my arrival at Abu Dhabi. I had specific things I wanted to see and do. The day i arrived and tried to use the ticket I had purchased online was the same day the entire schedule and route was changed for the Abu Dhabi/Yas Island tours. Many of the things I returned to Abu Dhabi to do that I had failed to do during my first visit in 2016 were no longer part of the ticket package I purchased even tho there was no mention of this pending change when i purchased the ticket online. Total confusion and totally ruined my visit to Abu Dhabi.

From my experience last year, i sang the praises of Big Bus Tours and recommended Big Bus to everyone traveling. However, after this visit, I will NEVER EVER NEVER use Big Bus again and will highly recommend every and anyone use another form of tour, no matter what city they visit.

To change the route after i purchased my ticket and not have some sort of contingency in place for people in my situation was extremely unprofessional. i would have even paid more to be able to do the things I wanted to do. However, that was not an option. My only option was to throw my $81 ticket away and purchase a $92 ticket in its place. UNACCEPTABLE solution.

I believe I am due a refund.

We had a great couple of days on the Abu Dhabi tour this year. Even though we didn't have the best weather, our drivers were most accommodating and provided lots of advice (loo stops along the way :) )

The buses were clean, commentary was good and free water... so nothing to complain about.

We always use Big Bus tours when visiting a new City, as it's the best way to get your bearings and to find out some of the history of the place you are visiting...

We got to see some interesting things in Abu Dhabi and appreciated what a green city it is compared to Dubai. Abu Dhabi is a Very pretty city. Loved travelling along the water so much too. And the Corniche-wow! Stunning!!Abu Dhabi has some very unique building structures too-Marina Mall tower, Etihad towers, Emirates Palace,
2 buildings that resemble pineapples, one building that resembles Peppermint Paddy or a hockey puck, the Abu Dhabi Gate which leans more than Leaning tower of Pisa, the Grand Mosque, pink Sheraton hotel, Ferrari World,

RECORDING WAS NOT ALIGNED WITH TURIST POINT OF INTEREST.
I HAD A UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH ONE OF THE TOURISTS THAT OFFENDED MY BABY BECAUSE HE WAS CRYING IN THE BUS. BESIDES KNOWING THAT IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH BIG BUS THE EXPERIENCE WAS EXTREMELY ANNOYING AND UNCOMFORTABLE.

Big Bus in Abu Dhabhi is good for tourists like us. We could walk upto the WTC stop and take the tour to most tourist spots in Abu Dhabhi. The buses were comfortable and clean. Cold water was always available except once in the last bus on Yas island.
The only drawback is the frequency of buses on Yas island is less and far apart. Yas island being the tourists hub requires more services of Big Bus.
Similarly the city tour can start earlier by 9 am. .and end at 7 pm. Honestly we require more buses and more frequency.

Fully comprehensive tour of Abu Dhabi with nothing missed out. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

The bus tour of Abu Dhabi is very good and a great way to see the city. Might we suggest that the tour starts earlier in the morning. We caught the bus from stop 10 on the Corniche where the scheduled time of the first pick up was 10.25 am - could this not be nearer to 8.30/9.00 am. Free cold water on the bus was much appreciated (obtained from a fridge near the driver). We also enjoyed the complimentary 1 hour Dhow trip. This is a great way to get pictures of the skyline. We would not hesitate to recommend this tour.

We only booked a 2 day ticket on the big bus in abu dhabi but when we got on it appeared we had a 1 week! As good as it was to get that surprise one little reservation would be the website needs a tad improving so it's clear. They provided us with water they managed to cover all the sights in the route. We ended up using it as our transportation for stuff near the main attractions... we did have it for 1 week may as well make use of it. I don't know how useful it is in other cities but in abu dhabi it was perfect it covered everything in one route. There is a green route but one could do that route themselves it's so small.
Staff were lovely, drivers recognised us, they were friendly, helpful, informative just what a tourist needs. Thumbs up for the big bus tour staff in abu dhabi great experience

We had big bus tours in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai and they were absolutely brilliant. They were easy to use, always on time, we learnt stuff through the commentary that we wouldn't have if we hadn't been on them. It's a must on any trip .
