Beaverbrooks - Milton Keynes Omdömen 

From start to finish the staff were excellent! I loved the way they made my wife feel special with a glass of Prosecco while we waited for my order to be completed. Well done Beaverbrooks staff, especially Charley

I will be truthful, we went into another high end department store first and basically got completely ignored by the five shop assistants gossiping behind the jewellery counter despite walking round the counter itself for over 15mins. The contrast when we walked into Beaverbrooks was the difference between night and day. On entering we were greeted, yes greeted, by a very smiley friendly lady called Caprice. I admitted our budget was not huge but it didn’t make any difference, we couldn’t have been treated any better if we had been spending thousands. We had an equally lovely gentleman whose name was Josh, who was not only polite but actually interested in us as people. We were taken to a quieter part of the shop to sit with a complimentary drink while he fetched a tray containing a beautiful selection of bracelets for us to choose from all within the budget we had set. The presentation box inside a quality bag would make anyone receiving it feel special but the whole shop experience did exactly that. We will definitely use Beaverbrooks again and would highly recommend the Milton Keynes shop for a wonderful experience in good old fashioned customer service. Thank you both Caprice and Josh you were amazing.

Very memorable visit to the Milton Keynes branch to buy an engagement ring. Emma was a delight and very in tune with what we were looking for. Found the perfect ring while enjoying a glass of bubbly…this shop have got their service down to perfection. Thank you Emma for your help

Great customer service, always worka for me

Went into the store and was looking for a certain ring. Was greeted by a lovely lady called Monica who helped my wife with a selection of rings that were suitable. Offered my wife some Prosecco and I had a tea and without any pressure explained about each one. As it was my wife’s birthday it was a great experience and something the store should be proud of and promote further.

I needed a new link for a Breitling metal watch strap as an attempt to insert a new link by a different watch company had ended in disaster with the tiny screws that secure the link being sheared off. Beaverbrooks came to my rescue by ordering a replacement part and fixing it free of charge. Fabulous customer service.

My daughter was treated very well, and the service that was provided added to the experience of her choosing a lovely birthday present.

I went into Beaverbrooks in MK on Sunday After loosing my Nan a couple of days prior, I came in looking for a gold chain for her pendant that she wore everyday. The Ladies who served me and my boyfriend in store were the loveliest and most attentive people. They cleaned the pendant so well all my family members are amazed of how different it looks, they were always checking in on me which was lovely
