Wow what can I say ? Your store in St John's Liverpool is absolutely brilliant the staff so very friendly and most helpful. They bent over backwards to make sure i was happy with the gold diamond ring i bought my wife for her birthday. To say that I was more than happy with the service I received from your staff is an understatement I was beyond happy. They were brilliant.

Wally and Sam
Wally, (not sure if that’s correct😂) was very helpful on my first visit. I wasn’t sure what I wanted so he ordered in a couple of pieces for me.
Sam, on my second visit to view the pieces was excellent. Very attentive and friendly.

Outstanding service
Easy to order on the website, was kept informed about my order
When I went to the shop to pick my order up I was treated with respect even though it wasn’t an expensive purchase, I was shown to a seat, offered a drink while I was waiting then my order was brought to me in a lovely gift bag , which I didn’t expect again for an inexpensive item, this was then presented in a gift box wrapped in tissue, the assistant showed me everything including paperwork to look after the jewellery, then packed back up and tied with a ribbon and gift tag. I honestly have never been treated so nice, sadly I have forgotten the assistants name but I will definitely order on line from beaverbrooks again and recommend others to

Great service
Great service. Even though we did not spend a great amount, they looked after us and were lovely. We actually bought our engagement ring about 40 years ago there. Great shop

Service was outstanding and this was all due to the assistant called Lisle, pronounced Lyle. Exceptional in every way and due to his attention to detail, his approach and efficiency I would most definitely recommend this shop.
