Sorry guys, but the quality is pretty bad in relation to the price :( Poor and low quality printing, funny sizing (very small) and the colour isn't good either. Bit disappointed to be honest!

Clothing with a cause.
The shirt has exceeded my expectations! I immediately proceeded with ordering a crew neck and a hat right away. The outstanding quality of the clothes and the cause itself are truly commendable. As someone who shares similar values, I have a deep appreciation for the mission. Furthermore, as the parent of a neurodivergent child, purchasing from B.Different holds greater significance for me, as it goes beyond a simple transaction.

My experience with B. Different has always been amazing. With every purchase I've made it's consistently the same. The quality of their clothes, and other merchandise is top quality. I like that they have a customer based approach of modeling clothes. Customer service is pretty straightforward and quick to respond. We’re sorry if the split shipment caught you by surprise — we completely understand that it can be confusing when an order arrives in two separate packages.
Just to clarify a few key points for transparency:
- Our shipping policy states that delivery times begin once the order leaves the warehouse, and fulfillment can take a few business days before that.
- As noted in our policy, we have multiple fulfillment centers worldwide and always ship from the closest location whenever possible. In your case, one of the shirts was only available in Europe, which is why your order arrived in two parcels.
- Occasionally, if an item ships from a different continent, delivery may take a few extra days due to distance and customs checks — as noted in our policy.
- The first package also included a packing slip informing you that the second item was on its way.

It’s really sad to see a 1-star review for something we had no control over. Your order was delivered successfully to the address you provided, and as mentioned in our policy, we’re not responsible for what happens once a package is marked as delivered.
If you think it was stolen or misplaced, the best thing to do is contact USPS or file a report with the police so they can look into it.
We totally get how frustrating this situation can be, but it’s unfair to blame our customer service for something outside our hands.

Very good quality product and very good customer service
I ordered the last supper hoody in XL. Very good quality fabric and the graphic is printed very well.
There was an issue with the shipping company(not the fault of B.Different) and they where very helpful and dedicated to fixing the problem. So customer service I would say very good 👌
I will ordering from B.Different again in future

Was told I would receive goods in 3-5 business days, item not dispatched until 7-8 business days.
Low quality garments, the hoody is very thin for the price tag.
I won’t be shopping with them again.

As stated in our shipping policy (https://bdifferent.clothing/policies/shipping-policy) and on every product page, the delivery timeframe of 3–5 business days starts after the order has been shipped, and we require 1–5 business days to fulfill the order. Your order was placed on Saturday, July 19, and was delivered on Wednesday, July 30. Counting business days, that’s 8 days from fulfillment to delivery, which is within the timeframe we indicate.
Regarding the hoodie, the thickness is exactly as specified in the product description: 8.5 oz/yd² (288.2 g/m²), which is a medium-weight fabric. We use high-quality fabrics. Fabric quality isn’t determined by thickness — a thick garment can still be low quality, and a lighter one can be made from premium materials.
We understand it can be disappointing if the product didn’t meet your expectations, and we appreciate your feedback. Please feel free to contact our customer service if we can assist with anything else.
